Boris Shmaruk, Esq. of Vlasac & Shmaruk recently filed a class action lawsuit on behalf of AT&T and TS Mobility consumers which include healthcare workers and first responders. This legal action alleges that AT&T and TS Mobility mishandled and engaged in deceptive practices regarding mobile phone pricing. Additionally, our client's personal identifiable information was compromised including social security numbers resulting in widespread identity fraud. After much research on which carrier to choose I decided on going to AT&T in Franklin Lakes, NJ.My granddaughter and I were looking to get a couple new phones, and switch service to AT&T. I almost called the police, since the salesman couldn't stop talking to my granddaughter in a non professional way. He kept saying "Anything you want baby" I was appalled!!! How dare you speak to her in such a way!We left the store, without anything but a disappointment! How rude, unprofessional, and sadistic...After returning home we decided to go elsewhere, but before doing that I wanted to go back and review things online. My phone opened up the store page on Google. It seems they have all 5 star reviews with people with 1 review on their Google profile. Hmmm, how fake is that?!?!I also read about police being at this establishment multiple times, and an investigation was in process.I wonder what that's about!!!!!I do not recommend this establishment, stay safe, stay away

I was considering switching from T-Mobile to ATT but got a bad feeling about this store. After doing my research, I found out they are under investigation for fraud resulting in employee arrests. I am so happy I learned this before I too became victim. Know who you’re doing business with and this is NOT the place!

My family and I have spent months being victims of this stores dishonesty and fraudulent activity. Their employees have been arrested and charges continue to accrue. Their corporate office and CEO turn a blind eye. I wish I stayed with Verizon! No family should have to deal with the heartless and unreliable actions from this store lack of professionalism is totally appalling.

If I could give negative stars I would!! Since March of 2023 I have had nothing but issues. Staff is dishonest, stealing identities, multiple employees brought up on fraud charges causing an on going police investigation, arrests, and lawsuit!! DO NOT GO HERE!!

I switched to AT&T as a medical professional in March 2023 to take advantage of their plan designated for such employment. Immediately I started noticing suspicious activity, including bills in excessive amounts by the hundreds over what I was told my bill would be. Upon further review, I learned of an inside fraud scheme, running out of the store and brought it to the attention of the corporate office, as well as the owner of this franchise who failed to properly ID the store as being franchised and not corporately owned. I have spent the last eight months being forced to pay bills that are an excess of what they should be, ans a result of my trade in devices and $22,000 worth of other equipment stolen, and having my phone routinely suspended. Since this time multiple arrest have been made against employees of the store and multiple news Articles have run advising the public of what the store and franchise is up to. To date, the "victims" have been told there's upwards of 50+ customers who did business with this store who are impacted, some being scammed out of upwards of $38,000! Do your homework before shopping with the store. They are criminals!

I enjoyed my time at this store very much. The best part was talking to Scott and Chris because they act like a family and are more than just employees. The staff was friendly and helpful. They welcomed me and provided me with all the information I required.

Was an awesome experience visiting this store, employees are friendly treat customers like a family and the best part was having a very friendly conversation with Scott and Chris, they are not just an employee but like a family. The employees here at this location in Franklin lakes need to show up on time for work. The store opens at 10:00 and and I got there at 10:30 - no one ! The supervisor of this location needs to address this problem.Second the employees need more training on how to set up Apple Watch. I went there 3 weeks ago to get my Apple Watch set up and now it’s not working !
