I went to simply see if I can drop off and order coins and I met Sam. What an absolutely positive friendly and efficient bank representative. He said enthuastically yes! I was extremely impressed. Then I met Rocio G. She introduced herself. I was telling her how great Sam is and I immediately realized how awesome she is as well! I was just planning to use this branch as a quick coin exchange. By the end of those conversations. I said I want to do more with PNC. I decided to set up another account with Rocio . Rocio was extremely helpful and answered all my questions. Rocio then Introduced me to Ana A. I have been thinking about starting a business checking account for months but never got around to it. So a couple days later. I did it. I send in all paperwork and returned. Sam and Rocio saw me both said hello. They are absolute treasure! Ana welcomed me and we set up the account. Ana is so helpful and personable! I then met Sal. What a great leader and a pleasure to speak with. The interaction between team members was amazing. I myself have managed large teams. I recognize greatness. This branch has it! Everyone deserves recognition. Including the team members I did not meet. Interactions like these create life long customers! Team, I sincerly and truly appreciate you!”
