Outstanding nail salon! The staff is warm and welcoming. They are very accommodating and do a wonderful job on my nails. Joanne is so amazing, talented, and detail-oriented. Would 100% recommend this place! They’re the best nail salon I’ve ever been to!

New owners of this salon demonstrated poor customer service rudeness and raised prices for services. Other salons in the area are over hospitable and priced accordingly. If I could give this salon zero stars I would.

Disappointed in the new management. They raised their prices and nickel and dime you for everything, despite being a long term customer. Nail salons are everywhere. Find a place that treats you special. This place does not.

The staff were so cheerful and friendly, which made the whole experience really pleasant. They were incredibly detail-oriented with the nail art, and I was very satisfied with the results. I think I’ll be coming here for all my future nails!

New ownership recently and has gone down hill. My pedicure was a light color and after three coats, she said it would be fine and it was still sheer, it did not even look like I got anything on my nails. Went for a color change and had to pay even though it was the next day they were open. Disappointed

The service was satisfactory. My pedicure was done by a man. Everything was to the point, he did not go above and beyond (not that I was expecting them to, but it is always a nice surprise when they do). I received professional service and I would recommend this establishment.

This Salon is run very professionally and the people working there are competent and very polite. This Salon is so clean and they are all appreciative of their clients. I have been to many nail salons but this one in Franklin Lakes is the Best !!!!

THIS PLACE GAVE ME NAIL FUNGUS!!!
I went to get a pedicure a while ago, and the girl cut me so badly i couldn't stop bleeding. But she just performed the pedicure as usual with my toe bleeding. As it healed I noticed it started to look really funky. I thought maybe the cut was infected and if i kept it clean it would heal. I went to the doctor and he tells me I have toe fungus, and that if it is going to heal at all it's going to take an entire year of medication every single day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! Obviously very unclean.
