He was able to create exactly what I wanted without me giving him much direction at all. The colors were so vibrant and the centerpieces and bouquets truly made the decor of the wedding. “As a new homeowner, I am not very handy at all. Was not sure even sure what to do with a snowblower I was given (does this thing even work? how do I turn it on?)From the very first call, this place went above and beyond. Debbie called me at least 5 times to coordinate pickup and drop off (due to my busy travel schedule)- she was super flexible, informative, and understanding of my needs- and she left so much important detail in her messages to me. For example, I had to suddenly go into the city on the scheduled drop off date, and she found a way to get my drop off scheduled for the next day so I could be there for it- and she also coordinated with the delivery tech to make sure he stopped to show me how to actually use the machine. She did this with minimal contact with me as I was in meetings all day.The tech that picked up and dropped off the snowblower gave me extremely detailed instructions on how to use the machine as was well as tips to take care of it and avoid future issues. Either Debbie told him I had no idea what I was doing, or he could just sense it from my questions- but he did a great job of giving me dumbed down instructions without being condescending or making me feel like an idiot.My experience from my first call to payment and receipt of my machine was exceptional and painless. I was listened to, prioritized, and treated with kindness and respect. I will be using them again for any equipment needs, and recommend you do too- especially if you are intimidated by machines/equipment/are not handy.”

“A charming if limited nursery and garden center. Family-owned with friendly employees. If I'm looking for a generic item (hanging basket, seasonal wreath, etc) I'm happy to come here and find a nice plant at a reasonable price.Although they do have some diversity (including a greenhouse with vegetables and herbs) I wouldn't do my start-of-summer shopping here as I don't think there's enough selection.I hear their landscaping and mulching services are top notch, but I haven't used them personally.”
“What happened to Pantophobia Haunted Attraction at the farmstand? It’s in the middle of a park now, I was expecting a fun new location in Mahwah but sadly that’s not the case, I miss the old Pantophobia!”
“I've been dealing with The Mulch Depot and the Como family for close to 20 years. They always have the products I need, when I need them and are able to deliver bulk quantities at a moment's notice. There are other, closer suppliers I could use, but I choose to do business specifically with Como because of how they maintain our professional working relationship.”

“Fire wood is seasoned. Hardwood splits easily to make sticks to start fire. Never had an issue in 2 years. Various size bundles to buy all the way up to a cord. Super friendly service. Call the number if you need help and no one is around, and use deposit box.”

“Everyone complains about poor service but I'd like to highlight some exceptionally good service.On November 4 I went to the Paramus NJ store to purchase foam insulation boards and rent a vehicle to transport them. First I signed up for the rental then went to purchase the product. I faced disappointment when the boards were not in the location they were supposed to be and store staff had to locate and them and bring them down from a high shelf. Then I had to check out the very bulky items. The process took time and I was on the rental clock. But what could have been a frustrating experience was turned pleasant by the friendly and helpful store staff. I was especially impressed with the tool/vehicle rental staff who noticed the purchase delay and reset the rental clock before I even asked (I was told it is policy to allow consideration for purchase time but the staff tracked it without me having to make a fuss). Now it looks like I'll need to purchase a dishwasher soon. Paramus HD is now #1 on my shopping list!(BTW I got an email for the survey but I was busy, and before I had a chance to fill it in, the survey expired. Seems to expire after 7 days - not enough time for people busy with their projects!)”
