This is an addendum to my first review this one is dated 6-2-26;
I am repeatedly being impressed by your associate Sergio. He helped me solve an issue by going above and beyond my expectations. While there are many competing storage companies in the neighborhood with some of them offering more “perks” none of the have Sergio which is much more valuable than a price or a perk. Please pass along my comments to Sergio for being an exemplary employee and a trusted and valuable asset to Extra Space Storage. As I stated previously he is why I continue to be a customer of Extra Space Storage.

Place is clean, organized, and honestly nicer than some apartments I’ve seen lately. Everything runs smooth, no chaos, no confusion.
Shoutout to Thomas the area manager—solid dude, actually helpful, and doesn’t give you that ‘you’re bothering me’ energy. Made the whole process quick and easy.
Only downside? My belongings are living better than me right now. Might have to ask Thomas if there’s a lease option for humans.
10/10, would trust them with my life clutter again.”
“So far it's been great!. The online application option helped me greatly since I work in NY, and can't make it for the office hours. Phone customer service was also very Profesional and helpedful. I reserved this unit and completed the application online. The prices are amazing compared to what I was paying for my NY unit. “I would never normally think to leave a review for a Storage Unit but here we are. This place is just exceptionally easy to deal with. All the info was already online. I showed up late in the day near closing and the lady at the desk was so eager to assist and made me feel at home. Looks like all the other reviewers here appreciate Ms. Destiny! Just a really friendly, quick, and competent service. Prices are reasonable for the area. Large trolleys available and the entrance is wide and accessible. Honestly what more could you want!”

“To truck renters: Find parking not on Piaget Ave for your personal vehicle. It's a public street, and Bright Box is not responsible for your vehicle. My car was scuffed while parked for the day. Bright Box is a wonderful location however, and their employees are saints. Every one of them are incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Strongly recommend them for storage and truck rental.”

“JP was covering today from the HH site but was so very helpful with learning more as a first time renter!
This location is easy to load with plenty of space & trucks to bring inside your things. Elevator works quick. Wished the 2nd floor was as cool as the 1st floor but still felt temp controlled. Was looking for trash cans to throw stuff as a loaded in my unit but found only in the office area. Water cooler for free next to the trash can.”

Multiple easy access ground level doors, climate controlled, each unit is alarmed, property manager always on site during regular business hours, truck rental available, dumpster etc etc I cannot say enough about my experience here!”
