I walked in very frustrated as was having issue with my phone eSIM and after spending 4 hours on calls with helpline , I was not able to still fix the issue. Rep Neel patel , was really and resolved my issue with great patience. This is my second time to this store, and I love the customer service here. I live close to Easton ave and at and t there isn’t that helpful. Would recommend this place instead of other at and t around

i bought a new unlocked phone ,, that needs a nano sim ,, ,but my old flipper phone is a standard sim AT&T prepaid.... so i stopped in to buy a nano sim .. well the store rep then just asked for my phone ,, took the std sim out and punch cut it to nano size sim ,, then put it in my new phone ,, tested it to make sure it worked .. and then did not charge me a cent ... Now that is customer service ,, that if I need any more service or need to purchase anything with AT&T ,,, i will definitely come here. .. Thanks again to this AT&T store .. ,,

This store was great the customer service was excellent! Employee set up my phone so efficiently and he was very knowledgeable and helpful with all of my questions! I love my new iPhone 13!! I recommend this store!
