“I went to look for a mens gold chain as something I could pass on to my son, so I wanted a solid gold chain. I read the reviews for Shin Brothers Jewelers and they had great reviews and I didn’t know much about chains. I went in and met Mr. Shin and his team and they were awesome. The lady that helped me was friendly and taught me the differences between the links, widths, and lengths. She was the nicest lady and we had a great conversation while looking at chains. They took great care of an old veteran and provided the type of service that made you feel comfortable about making a large purchase. My wife loves it and she’s made it clear we will be going back there soon. It’s great when you find a place like this and you know this is where you’ll go for jewelry. “I was initially next door at Hamilton Jewlers trying on some Tudor watches. After previously browsing the website, I mentioned that I saw some inventory in the vintage/pre-owned section that interested me. The brand representative, Christal, told me about their vintage storefront next door named H1912. It was a rainy day, but she was still kind enough to walk me over.H1912 has a beautiful, welcoming storefront. There was an assortment of watches, but the Tudor I had initially shown interest in was not there. “After researching diamond bracelets online I couldn’t quite figure out what size would look best on my wrist. I wanted something for everyday use, but could also pull off in a fancy setting. It took one conversation with Kevin and he sprung into action. Within a week he sourced different size diamonds to see what would look best. He created 2 custom stunning pieces which looked impeccable on my wrist but ultimately I could only choose one (for now anyway). “This was my second child being pierced at Sofia”s. My first daughter was done right before she turned two back in 2023. My second daughter is now 20 months and got her ears pierced today. “I JUST BOUGHT A METEORITE RING AT VILLAGE SILVER!! this is the coolest thing ever. i went in randomly... as i do. just looking around. the shop keeper was wonderfully gracious and super helpful. long story short, i saw their collection of meteorite rings and the rest is history! this ring has such a presence. the pic doesn't do it much justice. this ring is my new fav piece.just a note- i read that meteorites are composed of iron and nickel. it can rust (which is cleanable). but, it's good to avoid exposure to cleaning agents and prolonged exposure to water- no showering or swimming - washing hands is ok).”
“My wedding band -- a family heirloom -- got stuck on my finger because I did not have it resized beforehand. I decided to go to Raspa Jewelers because I am inclined to trust family businesses, and because of the good reviews here. It is exactly because of that that it is so important for me to write a review.Firstly, Sal immediately helped safely remove the band from my finger without asking for any sort of pay. This was a huge relief, as it allowed the ring to be removed in a way that it could be fixed unlike if I had needed to go to a hospital to have it cut off. He helped resize my finger, and then was able to fix it in such a way that it was impossible to tell that it was cut, resized, and fixed at all, other than a small personalization I requested. I was extremely impressed because not only is the band design complicated, but this involved adding and setting new stones. Fixed band is pictured! And the price was incredibly affordable, and matched the estimate for the amount of raw materials and labor it would take the fix given to me at the resizing.All in all I could not be happier that I trusted Sal with my wedding band. He was professional, transparent, reassuring, and kind throughout the whole process. It only took a week for the band to be repaired and returned to me. The band had also been cleaned and was brighter than I'd ever seen it! If you're reading this review and considering using Raspa Jewelers for jewelry repair or resizing, I cannot recommend this business enough!!! And given the quality of work evident in the repair and resizing, I have no doubt that the jewelry available for sale here is of the highest quality.”
