I've been a member for close to 8 years, I had to cancel because I moved and with this departure I wanted to say that anytime fitness and their staff have been great. From start to finish, I've always been met with kindness. Their facility was always kept clean and equipment was fixed if damaged as soon as they were able (usally within the week). They respect their members, adress any concerns they have and make changes to better the experiences of all who go there. Those who go to this gym usally keep to themselves, are respectful with the community and with the equipment. I will miss this place, id always recommend anytime fitness in franklin to anyone who wants a casual gym experience with no fuss and a clean calm environment.

Started this gym just this month not to happy about the leg press they have and absolutely HATE that precor seated leg curl!!!!! So sad bc I was loving working on hamstring on seated leg curl at my previous gym … but now I feel I can’t get e workout I need for that are of my body very upset about it I don’t how they could possibly think that would be a better option verses the normal seated press !!!! Other than that I do love how empty it usually is and I love the size but please upgrade!!!!! please for the love of GOD .. that leg curl is killing our shins !!!!

This is the best gym in the area, no question. You won’t find a better gym around here. Great staff, good people, clean, and everything you need.

Great facility, overall it's always clean and the staff I've met is friendly and helpful. I tend to go later in the evenings but there's such a nice variety of machines to use and everyone takes care of their equipment when they're done.

The worst gym in America!!! I asked to pay for one workout but they didn't let me train. The guy who works there was very rude.

Great gym! A wide selection of weights and machines! Plenty of cardio equipment- staff is always helpful and friendly! Gym and showers/bathrooms are very clean! Friendly members and the best part is you can go “anytime” you want!

The gym is always clean, and the staff is always polite and helpful. There is a great variety of machines for the size and high quality equipment too. For the price of a membership, it can't be beat.

Joe is a sweetheart. He was honest, transparent, and committed to helping me solve my issue, which we took care of in 5 short minutes on a Saturday.A stark contrast from a guy whom I thought was a legitimate business owner and met over coffee the day before because I was curious, only for him to explain a pyramid scheme with all the disrespect, random unwanted physical contact, instant interruptions whenever I had a genuine question, blatant profiling of me based on age, occupation, and other characteristics to my face which was reductionist and disgusting, dodging questions, and framing any sort of curiosity/anything other than blind agreement as simply not listening or understanding. He was asking extremely personal questions to someone he barely knew like where I see myself in 2-3 years and what my dreams are when 1) all I asked you to do was tell me about your business, and 2) I'm not your potential client, I'm an equal partner who might've done something for you had you been the small business owner who'd identified a need in the community I thought you were, so please spare me the sort of condescension I'd hear from my boss who's actually paying my bills. He apologized for that last one when I called him out on it saying that's how they taught him to speak, but you're a grown man; take responsibility for your words and actions. The meeting lasted much longer than it should have despite time constraints that I raised because he always had something to pull out of his bag, like a slideshow going over everything he'd just explained in words. I got up and left.I loved Joe's positive attitude. We had a real conversation, as short as it was, that brightened my mood from the night before. I respect the hell out of this man.

I go to 3 Anytime Fitness locations, this one by far is the cleanest and that includes the bathrooms. They have a good amount of machines and weights that always has its own place, and the staff is great. They are able to answer any questions when I need and the other members are really easy to talk to in between workouts.

Great gym, great equipment with an Awesome atmosphere inside the gym. There are great members and staff around who are always happy to help. Joe specifically has been especially helpful towards me and my friends and always shows us the utmost respect. Highly recommend to anyone who is considering checking out Anytime Fitness in Franklin.

Customer service is extremely lacking at this location. Visited to inquire about a one week pass which is clearly advertised on their website, even willing to pay for one and was told “the shortest we do is 3 months at this___ price”. I said so there’s no one week pass? Knowing there clearly was. The employee said no and basically ended the conversation and closed the door in my face.
