I just wanted to say thank you to Tylor R for helping my grandmother her dead battery and then my grandmother had asked him if he had cash app or Venmo so she could pay him for doing it because he was so nice for her to do it. He said he’s like doing stuff like that so I just wanted to say a big thank you to him.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It's a good place to go for basic parts or tools if you're in a jam, but their prices can be a bit high. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

This is the go-to place for quick services! The employees here are very approachable and they want to help. I did not get the gentleman‘s name, but he helped me out with a battery change. In less than 10 minutes I had a brand new battery no issues, no fuss. 10/10 would definitely recommend this location!!

Deli section horrible. Check expiration dates! Bread was about a month out of date as well. Large crate of oranges in center aisle was full of mold. Health department needs to step in here! I don't know how this place is still in business.

Recently my husband and I needed a battery for my car. We visited Franklin Autozone in hopes to get a battery for a decent price. I can gladly say I will never go back to this location or recommend anyone to go here. There was a lady I believe her name was Linda or Lindsey? She gave my husband an attitude and rolled her eyes when we were inquiring about a warranty on a battery. She treated us as if we were an inconvenience, my husband explained that we wanted to make sure that the battery was a good quality as my last one died very quick and I broke down. She rolled her eyes.We asked if anyone can assist us with tools for the battery install. The employees snapped at us telling us to “hold on” and that they’re “busy” we waited 20 minutes for assistance... The one guy who helped us had gray hair, I don’t know his name. The hygiene of this employee is disgusting, and made me sick to my stomach. The presentation of this store is absolutely filthy. The hygiene and attitude of the employees is disgusting. I will not be returning, and the for the price of the battery you can go to Walmart and save yourself tons of money with nicer employees….
