I’d like to give zero stars but it’s not an option. No one is ever available at this location so don’t expect to look at the units before deciding to use this location. I’ve heard from others that they tried to talk to someone at this location for a whole year before giving up! Don’t waste your time.

Unit rusted shut, and insulation is falling from ceiling. My gate code didn't work for two days. And I'm paying double for a smaller unit that I would have gotten at Public Storage.

The facility is well maintained and the person working at my particular location is very nice. It’s easy to access and I was thankful I could bring my own lock! The price for the unit is fair as well as the insurance coverage. It has 24 surveillance is well lit at night which is also another added comfort.

This place is a joke all they do is rip u off always have the gate open no security people constantly stealing from units my brother had 9,000 comic books stolen and more and nothing was was done about it! You really are a joke the managers act like they are helping but truly don’t care!

Gate was constantly broken and no matter how many times you let them know it would never get fixed. It was open for at least 2 weeks straight and my stuff did not seem protected even with the outrageous increase in price and fees.

Site was very informative with realistic information about what can for in unit. Was easy to complete purchase. Had an issue with lock on unit, someone was quickly sent to help.

Overall my experience was good. There was no issues with getting in to my unit if I needed to add more items. Also it was easy t0o contact someone if I had any queations or concerns.
