One of the best customer experience I had for banking was at this location. I was greeted by Cristina who is the manager as soon as I walked in. My needs were met immediately and all the required information was provided with thorough steps. Staff is really nice and friendly. If you are looking to open a new account , withdraw money , credit card or any other banking related need…this is the place to go. Their timings are 10-4pm. They do have safe box facility too.

I’ve worked for a company that deals with Bank of America. This location has the most horrible is customer Service. I understand you guys got a new system today I didn’t appreciate the manager Rick, catching attitude with me and telling me what it was his arrogancy and his unprofessionalism should not make him in charge of Bank of America. This is why you guys have no customers enervated the word, horrible us bank in the world. I would never use you if it wasn’t for my company. I understand you have a new system. I understand that I do a deposit there every day but I don’t need to deposit slips for the incompetency that you messed up on the one that’s gonna have to explain to my company why there’s two different deposit last one. It should be one for the full amount Rick seriously needs to be fired

Horrible customer service, only 1 teller and he was unprofessional. This Is probably why they only have a 2 1/2 star review. Find another branch to go to, avoid this one very unprofessional.

Terrible customer service in this branch. All the bad reviews about the manager are true. She is rude and has an attitude.They made me book an appointment 1 week in advance for a safety box, and I took off work in the morning to make it to my appointment, ONLY to know that I’m not allowed to open a box if I don’t have an account with Bank of America, although I DID mention on the phone that I don’t have an account.The manager says that the lady who picked up my call needs coaching, but I think she needs coaching as a manager to know how to talk to customers without an attitude.

You have an appointment it should be kept, I'm sure the expect you to arrive on time. 15 minutes later, nothing, then when you do ask they don't know your appointment time. Should be online, waste of my time.

This is one more 1 star review and while reading I see this has not improved at all in 2019 . It seems like customer service is not a priority . I'm glad this is not my bank . 1 teller , other employees just walking around with out intention to help . Manager useless .

Worst branch and terrible customer service experience. I wanted to open a new account. Waited in the line, then the manager said to open a new account, first you need to have an appointment made. if not you need to wait for another 2 hours in a very rude way. I went to another bank near by and they took care of it in 15 mins. Bank of America somerset office staffs, with your attitude and rude behaviors your days are counted, don't take Customers For Granted.

9:02 on a Saturday morning, I'm third in line, bank just opened. 9:15 I haven't moved, one active teller, 7-8 people waiting in line. A customer complains and the bank's manager, while looking at him, won't even address him behind the glass. Finally my turn, I have to fill out a form, then come back and wait in line (again). I'm called and it turns out I was given the wrong form, back to fill a new one out and wait. It took me 30 min to get a cashiers check. Completely unacceptable.
