Terrible attitude of working staff at this branch.Had to open a new account for my daughter, reached the branch at 4.30 pm branch closes at 5 pm and staff unwilling to help.Lame excuses by staff that 30 mins not enough to open an account. Attitude is worse than DMV employees

Waited 40 mins to speak to someone to later be told I needed an appointment. The service here was horrible, no one acknowledge me… What a waste of time.

This branch apparently has more important things to do than answer their phone during the business day. I've tried to call across multiple days and nobody answers. I guess that's their way of telling me to bank elsewhere.

Worst bof ever. They would close the branch in the middle of the day for no reason. And they would have one employee standing at the door and tell you to use drive thru instead of doing her actual job. When you tell wm that you need to do wire transfer or something, they would tell you to go somewhere else. People dont have time for your laziness. I would reccomed you guys to get better but seems like you are the worst rated branch in NJ so i don’t believe you gonna get any better. I really wanna see that management changes tho.

Walk-in service? Wonderful.Drive-thru service? Please, please, don't do it unless you're in the mood to wait AT LEAST 10 minutes in line.No reflection on the associates, they have always been wonderful - but there's something endemic of BofA drive-thru service that is absolutely terrible.

Ms. NABILA was very informed, very thorough and friendly. The experience was very pleasant in the branch.Tellers are also very quick and accurately complete without wasting any time. All in all the branch is busy but very pleasant.

I wouldn't give them any stars at all but I guess I have to. I interviewed with Embra and Nabila the branch manager for a position and they did not have the common decency to even send an automated email message that I am no longer being considered. Thankfully I received a better paying job offer. Bank of America only starts with a rate in the low $20 per hour and judging from the reviews; I am lucky.

Please improve the efficiency of this location!This is the least efficient and pleasant Bank of America in the area, without a doubt. I'm sorry to say this because the employees who work here are very nice and helpful. But for as long as I can remember (yes, even pre-Covid) they have been severely undermanned. It takes minimum 30-35 minutes to make a simple deposit with 4-5 people in line. Even if it's out of your way, I recommend going to the one on Livingston Avenue. I really miss the Georges Road location too.

I don't know what is wrong with this bank. I know the manager Taneil Marshall. I dealt with her. She scammed me for 3,200. For somebody to be in charge of a bank and stealing 3200 from hard working people is unacceptable. Please be warned. Steve Harris that runs Royal way transportations and Taneil Marshall assistant manager of bank of America are out here scamming hard working individuals.
