I went to this location on Wednesday, February 19 to make a deposit and asked what is the protocol for something to be notarized and if I would need an appointment. I was told I did not need an appointment just come in. Make sure you I had valid ID, and I did not need an appointment, today, February 21. I called at 12 o’clock and asked if I can come down and have something notarized that I would be down there between 1 PM and 2 PM. I was told sure come on in we’re here. I got there and they said that they cannot do it. I drove a half hour out of my way for no reason not all and still do not have my documents notarized. They really need to get their story straight have a meeting with all employees and maybe just schedule it as an appointment.! On my way to Newton they told me the same story. In so now I gotta drive another half hour Thank you, Franklin and Chase Bank for nothing.

I sat at the window waiting to be taken care of for 10 minutes. While at the window the staff have their backs to you. No one even turns around to see if there were any cars at the window. I drove away and went to Sparta.
The only I reason I even go there is for work. I will now continue to go to the Sparta office even though Franklin is more convenient.

Every time I’ve ever been in there, they’ve always been very helpful. The prior negative reviews were people who have never done Customer Service before. It’s a very skilled and difficult job. I appreciate the workers help every time I go there

I absolutely love this Chase branch! The staff are amazing! They’re very friendly and super helpful. I switched here about 2 years ago and I think it was the best banking decision I could make!

Made an appointment to open a new checking and savings accounts. Specifically told the person I was making an appointment because i have a limited amount of time and couldnr afford to wait as a walk in. Arrived a few minutes early. Person had just taken a walk in customer. When I was approached by a teller her I told her I had an appointment and was told to take a seat with the other walk in customers. I told her 8’d made an appointment because I knew I would not have time to wait as a walk in. For the next twenty minutes I was told repeatedly that he would only be another minute or two. I left and will be doing my banking elsewhere. (Also, never got a phone call whenever he was done - maybe hes still not done an hour later?) so I guess they dont really value or need new customers

This Bank and this branch are the worst in the world. I went to help my Son open his first Bank Account and we were told you have to make an appointment. Really?? The people who walked into the bank the same time as us got serviced getting notary without an appointment but we were turned away. We went across the Street to TD bank and was opened and given service far better then I have ever received by Chase. I have had multiple accounts with Chase for over 20 years and to be treated like that I found insulting. I will be closing all of my accounts with them because of it.

Best Branch of Chase- I had fraud on my acct and the manager Janet was super knowledgeable, friendly and quick to get it resolved. I will only do my banking at this location.
