worse branch, went there to deposit wife’s check. I dont have the account number on the deposit slip, i told here why dont you look it up ihave her debit card. She said, “im not allowed to do that” she told me you can deposit it at the ATM since you got the debit card. I dont see any difference make deposit with the teller and ATM. Its a freaking deposit not like i am taking money from the account. Happen 1/29/2025 at around 1:30-1:45. Who ever that teller really pissed me off. She does not have any logic or any sense.

Worst customer experience I ever had. Serehi denied us a from even waiting for a banker since we don’t have an appointment even though there was only 3 people waiting and it was only 11am. She took my mom’s passport and went with it to a banker and came back saying no we can’t help you today. My senior mom wanted to open an account that’s all we needed.

Everytime I walk in and ask for account help they say I have to make an appointment and come back. Banks work for you, not the other way around. More then happy to go elsewhere

I had to make an appointment to open a new account, no more walk-ins. When I got there two men, both employees, were in conversation. I was directed to wait at a desk and finally one of the two in conversation came over to help me. He addressed me immediately by my first name. I commented on that and the wait until he had finished his conversation(with no apology) as inappropriate. He was mystified, clearly. I haven't been back since.

My mother and I are both loyal customer with chase because my job uses it; so, I like to have most of my money on her account. I asked my mother and father to get me a certified check. Somehow it was misspelled. Now whether the mistake was ours or theirs did not matter. All that was needed was to fix the problem. I went with them to hopefully change it. Well that was such a big ordeal that not sure if I want to stay a chase customer. Because banking is customer service too right? So why at the end of all this it ended up having to be done by an assistant vice president like a congressional order had to be done. (Got to be a better way) This guy Elsayed A. Mousa … and receptionist was the worst. Soon as I come in she yells across the bank floor. Stating see it was your parents fault. Then while we were at your vice president office this receptionist talks down on my parents pointing down at them as if they were a child being scolded. I’m sorry that my foreign parents does not know the rules of banking system in a second country they live in. Now to the vice president.. this guy.. lacks the professionalism to be a president. Says he’s trying to do us a favor and when I get up to leave. Says to me you’re welcome. As if he was the one inconvenienced. Never this chase office again.

We had an appointment at 10 am and waited for about an hour while the employee kept telling us two more minutes. It was completely unprofessional and there were multiple employees sitting down not helping.

Absolute insanity. This branch went out of their way to give me a hard time. Went to another branch and they did exactly what this location lied and said they couldn’t. Shame on everyone in this place.

I walked in with my Sister to open a BRAND NEW account with Chase & was not even remotely attended to. I always refer my closest friends & family to this bank & we were not helped. We were left waiting for quite some time & I had to repeatedly ask the teller that we wanted to open a BRAND NEW account & upon asking if a Bank rep could please help us, we were told that they needed to check if anyone was available. There were 4 different representatives in their offices sitting idly & another was chatting away with a friend of her’s outside of her office. Bad business. I am very disappointed. Happy holidays to all.

Started out As a pretty decent branch. However now it has turned into a nightmare, I'm very seriously thinking about moving my accounts over to another bank. I avoid the branch as much as I can, However for business accounts sometimes you have to deal with the branch employees it is and this place has the worst!!
