Whenever I call local brank, no one seems care or pick up the call. I have another account in Wells Fargo where they do care about customer and pick up the phone right away. I gave change to Chase but customer service was not great for me

Exceptional service provided by the Amazing Alex Cruz... He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He very patiently answered all my questions and explained in great detail. Later on I had an issue and i went without appointment and within a minute of entering the premises he was already helping me. He went and beyond to help me out and resolved it the same day.Definitely going to keep visiting the branch for any banking needs!!!

Terrible service. Bad attitude. Very disappointed. Had an appt with Alex Cruz. He said he couldn’t help us. When I expressed disappointment, he literally threatened to close our account rather than help us. Despite the fact that he had no other customers waiting. He told my wife and I that Chase has millions of customers and they don’t need our money. Then he literally got out of his chair to throw us out of the bank. This is exactly why I moved the bulk of my savings elsewhere! Meanwhile, the Mgr stood there and did nothing to quell his unprofessional and threatening behavior.I’d give them zero stars if I could! ?

Had a positive experience working with Ms. Jasmine and Ms. Murtha on some POA documentation for my mother. Very professional, transparent, and helpful navigating what can be a somewhat complex process. Appreciate their help and customer service focus.
