Clean, organized facility that gives you peace of mind leaving your belongings here. I’ve been a customer for many many years and even though I moved 30 minutes away and there are other CubeSmart locations closer to me, I choose to keep my business here because no other locations have a Kim! Kim is not only helpful and knowledgeable, but she is welcoming, kind, and a genuinely good person. She exceeds every customer service expectation. For those in the area looking for storage solutions, I can’t recommend this facility enough.

I have been renting from this location for many, many years. It is convenient, clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. Kim greets you like you are one of the family, and is always willing to find a solution for your needs. If you need a storage facility and customer service is a top priority, look no further than the 1100 Easton Avenue in Somerset NJ location!!

The location/availability was perfect for our needs and Kim provided some of the best customer service ever. In a situation that was ridiculously stressful (we had just driven with our 11-yo son, our dog, & all our life possessions across the country and didn't yet have a house to put them in), Kim provided a caring, calm, and exceedingly competent experience as we checked in. She quickly located and processed an additional unit for us--right across from our first!--when it became clear one wasn't going to be enough. Kim's a delight and the storage units were clean and secure.
