I went on line to schedule Covid vaccination, they scheduled me at 11:30 am. I drove 45minutes , when I got there , they said appointment was canceled due to no Covid vac available, they said they sent cancellation, they did not. In fact I got a text from them an hour before appointment saying to check in . Extremely bad business practice.

This CVS is a convenient place to pick up over-the-counter medications and household supplies. They're well-stocked.The staff is qualified and helpful. There's a large free parking lot that's well-lit and easy to access. The store is clean.

Dr send R.C 3 days ago.. No call or follow up from pharmacy. Every time I call, on hold for 20-30 mins.. Very poor customer service.. Switch to Walgreens or private oharcy who wants customers

I enjoy using this CVS as my pharmacy. I can always see how busy they are, but the staff is so efficient in moving the line and fixing issues.

If there is a line at the drive-thru, each car will take four to six business days to process for some reason.

It's a popular place. The drive-up window gets priority here, but even so, sometimes the lines can be pretty long, and worse the person at the window can sometimes take up to 20 minutes per customer. Go at the right time and you'll be in and out.

Local pharma, been a patron for years. Clean facility, friendly staff. Convenient to the Interstate and local hotels. The lines at the drive-thru can get ridiculous at peak hours, but the inside lines at the pharmacist are consistently attended and they move along if not briskly then at least steadily. Plan on a script refill taking 15 minutes (indoors) at pickup, usually faster, but up to 25 at peak hours. No guarantees at the drive-thru, that's catch as catch can. Recently renovated and remodeled. Not sure if this is a franchise thing or a CVS corporate thing, but there's an awfully lot of speculative (I.e., homeopathic, new age, alternative or just plain snake oil) products offered on the same shelves adjacent to established, clinically recommended products. Market prices for comestibles, snacks and chotzkies are on par with other local convenience outlets. OTC drug prices on par with other local retails.

Shelves always seem a mess or barely stocked- specifically the supplements, first aid, and medicine. The whole store seems to function at a snails' pace. The only thing I recommend about this location is the new Minute Clinic. Carlie, the nurse practitioner was GREAT! Very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. She listened to concerns, explained symptoms, and prescribed medicine in a short amount of time. I swear I waited longer for the store pharmacy to fill the prescription she sent over than the duration of the visit. Prescriptions sent from the Minute Clinic inside of the store should be given priority in the pharmacy since the patients are already there. I waited over 20 minutes for the prescription.

Terrible customer service! I've been waiting for a prescription to be filled for 5 days. Been checking on line. Finally I called and was told by a rude young lady that they needed prior authorization from my doctor to fill it.I've been taking this medication for about two years so I questioned why they needed this and why no one has called me to let me know. Her answer was " I have no idea "This isn't the first time I talked to some snarky person that couldn't be bothered at this pharmacy. When I checked with my insurance company, CVS hadn't even put in a claim yet and it was already 5 days since I requested this medicine to be refilled! Oh, and by the way the medication is an anti-rejection medicine that I must have for my kidney transplant!! Bad business CVS!!

Terrible customer service. Tried to get help from two different people to get their cvs card scanner to work, but they totally ignored me. So I took it upon myself to try to fix it. Door looked open so I closed it thinking that would fix the problem. This guy wearing regular clothes (i.e. not in a cvs uniform) had seen me struggling with the machine so he came over and asked me if I had opened the machine. I asked "do you work here?" His reply, "I'm the owner. Please, don't open the machine." I guess I know where the poor manners from the workers come from - directly from the boss. This guy should go to manners school.
