There is a bad attitude toward records and bad ways of talking. Very irresponsible girls work there putting a lot of makeup on their faces and their behavior with customers is not all good. They do not have the manners to interact with people. As a result, they do not remember prescriptions, they are very careless, ruthless, and rude. The staff is very very bad. Their employment should be terminated.

Worst CVS Pharmacy location. They don’t follow through about status update if they didn’t hear from the nurses triage line. If we ask for update they say we are yelling at them.

Wish 0 stars was available. First of all this review is directed at all CVS pharmacies. I have had multiple horrible experiences from CA to New Jersey. Most recent experience was today. My husband had a CVS telemed appointment and was given a prescription. I received confirmation that prescription was sent to a pharmacy in Target that is closed for the holiday. I called this pharmacy and was pretty much informed that they coukd not see the prescription in the system and they have no way of locating. I called the customer assistance line and was also informed they could not find the prescription. The suggestion is that I book another appointment Are you kidding me. i already paid for the first appointment. Shame on you CVS. After I was given the wrong medication in CA I stated I would not even buy bandaids from CVS I still feel the same. I will do all in my power to make sure my husband NEVER has another prescription sent to CVS. I will pay out of pocket to another pharmacy if need be By the way educate your staff that CA is California not Canada.

This CVS store is not enforcing the NJ governor murphy mask mandate, executive order no. 63 which "requires individuals to wear a face coverings in indoor spaces that are accessible to members of the public". I have noted this on numerous occasions and so have my neighbors. We're pretty disgusted by the fact that we would go into a drugstore of all places, that is not following New Jersey governor executive orders or CDC guidelines, and possibly endanger our health. If I continually see this at this location, I'm going to move all my prescriptions over to Walgreens. We are in the middle of a pandemic, and I truly wish that CVS respected CDC guidance, and took this seriously, and cared about the health of its customers.

I can't find the survey number on my reciept so I'm just gonna leave this here. The pharmacist that helped me was very polite and friendly. I told him I wished all pharmacists were like him! I think his name is Derek.

Went for covid test 11:30 am on 10/23, got to end the actual window around 2 pm. Review is not for the wait, it is for being turned away when I forgot to bring my insurance card when it clearly says in the email from cvs that a license or SSN is fine. Went to a different CVS with my insurance, and I didn't even have to show them my insurance, wasted my time, the woman was also a little rude, not helpful, gave me no other options, would have even paid out of pocket after that wait

Incompetence has found its pharmacy, with the 12 yr old tech behind counter, wh seemed to be lost and not helpfulm I came in for a prescription tech kid was to lazy too d*** or both, couldn't find my prescription and made me get on the back of the line twice. While he looked, though he didn't move shocking he didn't find it. Had to go on the consultation line and have the pharmacist assist. Please avoid this place they are not well trained and lack customer service skills.

Really friendly staff and a lot of good clearance items. I got a small container of protein mix for $10, and several other good deals the last time I was here. They have a nice big parking lot that is easy to get out of and they're located right in 27!
