“Local florist! “Small town charm” even on the phone. Thank you so much for your much valued customer service. I called very last minute as another (national florist) let me down. Florist person (female) answered phone with positivity and reassurance.
When shopping for a florist, we usually pick the name at the top of google search. ALWAYS LOOK FOR LOCAL FLORIST. The flower arrangement was unique and special for my granddaughter’s birthday. Although I called around noon, I was assured the flowers would arrive on that day.
Florists are “the person” you cannot be. They are there to send your congratulations or condolences when you cannot be there. I learned a hard lesson to look carefully for a stand alone business in the area of your need.
