Wow. No appointment in a Saturday at 930 and they had me in and out! Fully staffed and running like a well oiled machine. Every staff person I encountered was professional, capable and downright friendly. Came right on here to right a review. Way to go, guys!

leaving a one star review as i’m sitting in the car waiting for my uncle to be done with his bloodwork appointment that was set at 10am. it’s almost 11:30. there’s two options here, you guys took all of his blood in this past hour or yall got him waiting in line. and realistically, i think it’s the second option. this labcorp location needs to speed up their processes because a 10am appointment should not be taking over an hour and a half

⛔️ WARNING: AVOID THIS LOCATION
This LabCorp facility requires urgent review. My elderly father came in for a simple blood draw and left in pain….with severe bruising, arm and shoulder aches, and visible trauma at the puncture site. Shockingly, the phlebotomist reused the same needle after a failed attempt… a dangerous and unsafe practice that violates medical protocols. (see image attached).
It was clear that the staff lacked proper training and professional oversight. There appeared to be no accountability or quality control in place. This experience has left us shaken and disappointed.
Patients deserve safety and respect… not harm. This location must be investigated, and staff retrained or replaced. No one should leave a lab in worse shape than they entered.

The behavior of some Indian employees here often comes across as rude, particularly in the tone they use when calling specific patients. It feels more reflective of cultural norms in India rather than the professional standards typically expected in the U.S.

Please close the location down someone is either going to get badly hurt or sick from their lack of competence. The line is wrapped around the building but three people sitting inside. This is not the dmv this is healthcare. There are several pictures of bruises on here and the people named in the worst reviews are still here. This is scary.

Fairly prompt and getting to me but the technician was horrible kept moving the needle around inside my arm then went to the other arm and did the same bruised me bad

Horrible front desk staff! People don’t go to labs for fun. One is already going through so much, but forget about being kind, they are rude and ill mannered, even on a Monday morning! The week has just started. If you hate your job so much then don’t work there!!

Came here twice for blood draw and both times I was in and out very quickly! Victor was the phlebotomist that helped me both visits. he’s quick and super friendly too!

Avoid this facility if you can it’s the most inefficient lab I have seen in so many years. After having an appointment they made wait for over an hour. Unapologetic and rude when you are waiting in the room for them. Walk ins can take long as I heard a lot of ppl complaining they have been waiting for simple urine test for more than 3 hours.

Gaurang was extremely polite and helpful. He explained the overall process for my lab work. I didn’t have to wait for long because i had an appointment.
