Prices have gone up everywhere so there still a cheap if not the cheapest in the town area. They always have what we need it's clean and it's convenient.”
“This is a special place I just happened to find ... was looking for a bottle to take to dinner and I was helped to find wine within my price range and even a vintage bottle for my daughter thats hard to find in my home area Super helpful owner and he even helped with a box to ship the bottle of wine !!! “Scarlet liquors Is top notching my book. I've always felt welcomed and treated very well by staff and the owner. They're LGBTQ friendly And welcoming To all walks of life. I have never been Approach with racism or homophobia from which a former customer stated that the owner is racist and homophobic which is completely untrue and I will state the name Of this woman in my review (LISA CARR) I cannot believe she has the audacity and gumption to accuse a wonderful person and place of such horrific and untrue filth. She's falsely accusing this place of business and the owner because of her own Discriminatory way of thinking all because the check that she was supposed to be cashed within 7 days when it was issued to her for scarlet cash it and of course it was denied because it was 30 days old which she clearly knew and which there are signs posted at the place and at the counter no checks over 7 days And not to be previously signed but she did both. There are rules and regulations for every business you can't force them to bend their rules because you want them to bend them if the money was so important take it to the bank and cash it there but don't speak trash because you don't get your way I will continue to go to Scarlet for all For all my service needs. As a true Franklin local this place is the best⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

The folks here are always nice, and when I asked if they had Bib and Tucker bourbon, they even offered to get it from their other location and have it for me by that same night!”

I recently visited this liquor store and was thoroughly impressed with its organization and cleanliness. It’s clear that a lot of effort goes into maintaining a tidy space.
Heather and Mika are excellent associates; their knowledge and friendliness made my shopping experience enjoyable. They even offered samples, which was a fantastic touch!
Kudos to the manager for doing a phenomenal job in creating such a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for a great selection and top-notch service!”

“Excellent as usual. Got a difficult-to-find organic escarole. Their cut fruits are always flavorful. Delicious roast beef and Italian panini sandwiches. Herbs/spices and healthy sauce selection are beyond compare. Finally located dried herbs that I couldn't find in many stores. Good balsamic vinegar (Villa Manodori) for finishing and good EVOO (Frantoia) not available in many supermarkets were in the store. This is a review for THE FRESH MARKET and NOT for Buy Rite. “Been going here consistently for many years. The two things I like best are A) the large selection of French wines, and B) the 20% case discount! It helps the staff has been unfailingly pleasant, too. Even though it's not the closest place for us, the unusually-large discount and selection always makes it worth the trip up the canal.”
“I am an employee as well as a customer. Most of the prices are good. It is family owned and operated very few of us are not a part of the family. The owners are great people very kind and they even make sure to keep some lollipops on hand for when the kiddos have to tag along with you to shop! “Fantastic selection. Very helpful employees. In the time that we were browsing , two employees asked if we needed help. Special shout out to Susan R ,who rang up our purchase and patiently helped me go get the item she directed me to but still couldnt find. As a retail manager who lives out of state, I can tell her boss that she would be exactly who I'd want as the face of my business. When you have competition all over the area, it's your staff that sets you apart, and Susan does just that. Will use this liquor store for our needs whenever I visit!”
