Today at 3:39pm, I visited this place and I asked the man who attended if he could help me with the air and unfortunately he left me waiting for almost 20 minutes. I left the place and visited another place and they treated me and helped me with great affection.

Worst customer service ever experienced. After I gassed up, I walked inside and asked if I could use their bathroom. Guy behind the counter smirked, looked at the second guy and said I couldn’t use it because it was out of service. I repeated, “bathroom is out of service?”. They looked at each other again, chuckled with a smirk, and said it again “bathroom is out of service”. No sense of respect for the customer, but then got rude and told me “what you want me todo, it’s out of service”. I understand you work at a gas station, but have some decency, respect and empathy for a customer. No one is better than the other. We’re all human at the end of the day…….
