This is my first time using Mandells, they were recommended to me by my doctor. I was unsure of how things would work with my prescription and the person I talked to on the phone was so amazing and comforting. I felt like my concerns were heard and understood. They gave me a price quote for everything and explained how my insurance would work. Honestly, this was the easiest company I’ve ever used, medical and insurance is always a nightmare but not here. They also kept me up to date on my prescription via my email which was so nice. My prescription was shipped on time.

Really, this pharmacy is very cooperative and has reasonable prices, and I felt happy to deal with them, knowing that my English is very weak, and they were helpful with me and quickly delivered the medicine to other states

I can not say enough amazing things about Mandell’s! They answered all my questions extremely quickly. My phone calls were answered within a couple minutes. My medications arrived extremely fast (the next day). When I had to order more medication at the last second, they got my order confirmed 20 mins after placing my refill and my order arrived the next morning by 10am. This was all right before a holiday. I was so impressed. When you are going through something as stressful as IVF this is the type of place you want to order your medication from. They completely take the stress out of it!

Absolutely amazing pharmacy! Their customer service, attention to detail and demeanor are beyond wonderful. I will always recommend this pharmacy going forward. The IVF process is not easy and I ended up having a massive allergic reaction to my meds. They were able to accommodate me on a holiday weekend. I cannot thank Mandells enough for making such a stressful and emotional process that much easier.

Mandell's made the difficult process of IVF and FET a little more manageable. Mandell's is reliable and their staff is helpful and friendly. I appreciate the staff at Mandell's for answering my questions, shipping my medications on time, and being flexible when my original IVF date changed last minute. This is a great pharmacy staffed by incredible people and I highly recommend this company.

I've dealt with them for two fertility cycles now and they have always been very helpful. They're quick to respond, it's easy and efficient. I have no complaints! On my first IVF cycle they were also very helpful with the meds when my clinic wasn't open. Definitely recommend!

Having a bad experience. I called and asked to send me 1 dose of the medication instead of the 7 that were on my prescription, I just needed to replace one extra dose I got from a clinic. On the phone I was told that the medication is on hold and I explained that it's not urgent. Later in the day I'm at work, my phone is blowing up with calls and messages, my emergency contact gets contacted, because I couldn't get back to them right away. I call the pharmacy a bit later, the medication is ready to ship and they are ready to take payment. I mention again just in case that I only need 1 dose. They charge me a suspiciously high amount, so I ask again if it's just one dose. No, I was charged for 7 doses. And the agent is irritated with me. With the previous order I was able to checkout online without the flurry of calls. So I expected a similar experience. This time it wasn't an option for some reason. The agent also said that I received a link to check out online and had that option and I didn't receive the link. Very disconnected and disjointed experience, agents taking orders don't provide relevant information down the line, and agents taking payments don't pay attention to what you are saying at all, it's like we are all on different planets. With the previous order the first invoice they sent me was wrong too, even though we discussed it on the phone beforehand. It doesn't really need to be this hard!

I've been doing IVF treatments for many years and have utilized a variety of pharmacies. The last couple of years I've had the privilege of ordering my meds through Mandell's on about 10 separate occasions. Every experience I've had with this team has been stellar. It's the kind of customer service you expect and desire but sadly rarely get these days. The humans are kind and responsive, their systems are fast, convenient, and accurate. They go above and beyond with their shipment options- including air overnight shipping and always include instructions for the meds, sometimes even surprise treats :) The best part of my fertility journey (besides my daughter) has been Mandell's. The best!

All of my experience with everybody I have spoken with over the phone has been super awesome! You guys are professional. Thank you to all of you. My orders were accurate and got timely delivery. Your prices are the best among the 4 pharmacies I’ve checked with. Your procedure for refill is efficient! Just glad I went with you for my fertility meds :)
