We felt so well taken care of from the minute we walked in! Richard was simply amazing at explaining all the differences in each and every mattress and which one he felt would be better for our particular needs. I suffer from some severe lower back issues and it was wonderful to have someone truly care about that particular need. We definitely did not feel rushed at any point and even he stayed later with us to try all the latest adjustable platforms. Just the kindest person in the world! Thank you so much!!

Richard was the best most knowledgeable salesman I have ever met. He took his time explaining the differences between beds and went above and beyond. Made us feel like VIPs. Would highly recommend visiting this store for you mattress needs.

Johnathan was wonderful. I called the day before because I was just not sure what bed to buy and Johnathan spent the time to explain to me in detail what would be good in my personal situation. I went in today and bought my bed. He was great I’ll have my bed by Saturday! I hope Johnathan is getting a raise and a bonus because he knows his business. Is kind, knowledgeable and extremely helpful

My experience with John was the best. He listened to what I had in mind and showed me various options in various price ranges. I am happy with my purchases and feel better educated about mattresses and their importance in improving sleeping and feeling better. My experience at the Franklin Mattress Firm was excellent. Jonathan was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He helped us to choose the appropriate mattress for my mom, I’m sure she will enjoy her new Tempur-ProAdapt mattress. I would recommend anyone to purchase from the Franklin store.

I had a perfect sales and buying experience. My sales person, Richard, was extremely attentive, very knowledgeable, and not pushy (as some sales people are). He was concerned that when I made a purchase that I was going to be happy. “One doesn’t change a bed and mattress like they change their outfits.”I would highly recommend this location and to also request Richard as your sales person. You will not regret your choice.

Jonathan was amazing! He goes in much detail about each bed. We felt welcomed the minute we walked in the door to the minute we walked out! He explained everything to us and actually showed us what a good mattress feels like compared to a not so good one feels like. Couldn’t say anything bad about our experience!

Buying a mattress here was a great experience. Richard is so helpful and kind. He helped us find the perfect mattress and pillows for my daughters updated bedroom. Pickup was smooth and easy as well, Sue could not be more helpful and personable if she tried! I would give more stars if I could. Highly recommend.
