Came to nail studio plus and got my feet done for my birthday. The lady saw that my toe nail was chipped and refused to resolve the issue instead she painted over my toenail and left it and did not say anything. I left there upset because I couldn’t believe after all of these years I’ve been coming here to be treated like this is unacceptable.

Amy has terrible customer service 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. Had me sitting in water for a pedicure for over an hour just for me to get skipped when it was my turn (this is the second time she did this). I’ve been going here for YEARS and will never go back again.

Customer service is trash and they lie about the wait time. Called ahead of time to get my lashes done, was told a certain time, got there and was told to wait another hour. After that hour they asked me to wait another 45mins. RIDICULOUS. Sue does a good job with lashes but they have no respect for people’s time at all.

I get my lashes done here all the time sue is great but the wait is crazy I was sitting there for 2 freakin hours just for lashes and still didn't get them done smdh so AGGRAVATED RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!

They do a really good job there especially Sue n Amy but they need some kinda of system in place like take a number, 1st come 1st served, something anything. It's horrendous how u can be there all day n not even get serviced by the person of ur choice. It becomes a free 4 all.

I went in just to get my nails done and I was there before another young lady and soon as the nail tech came in she took the young lady before me I didn't argue I didn't say nothing I just walked out that's just bad business and I will never go to them again

MY NAILS CAME OUT BULKY AND CHUNKY This place never greets you when you walk in ,and have you waiting hours just to get in a seat. The nails came out so ugly and bulky. I bought hello kitty nail charms from amazon and made it clear from the beginning i wanted them on one nail. Amy was not paying attention and put gel nail polish over top the nail that I wanted the charm ,NOT PAYING ATTENTION I told her FROM THE START I wanted charms on my nails and diamond. She refused to add the charm that I brought from home and was willing to pay for. She was saying stuff under her breath and made a noise like she was aggravated. I clearly wasn’t satisfied with my service so Amy the lady with the glasses got up and went to do someones toes didn't say a word when we were done. Will never come here again.

I wish no stars was an option. I have been to this salon a couple of times as my back up option to when my favorite salon is closed. I went there after scheduling an appointment and calling to make sure they weren’t busy. I walk in and only one customer is getting their nails done when four other employees were sitting down eating and completely ignored me. After about 40 minutes somebody fine sat me down to get my nails done. I had suzy. I had asked her and showed her a picture of what I wanted. Almond nail shape with clear pink polish. This is typically $45 at that salon. She then insisted it was ombré after I asked her not to do ombré she did them anyway. I then asked how much for those nails, she said $50. I said “like five zero” she said yes. As she’s doing them, she’s getting annoyed at having to shape them and huffing and puffing in my face. I notice the side of my nails were missing acrylic and told her and she begins to mock me and just tries to cover them with polish… NONE OF MY FINGERS WERE SHAPED THE SAME. Some of my nails were sooooo thin it looked like they were gonna snap off. Overall I hated them. I go to pay and then guy tells me $60. I told him she said $50 and he asks her and she denies it right in front of me saying I never asked about the price. Very horrible service and such an unprofessional business. Andy is the only good one there and he does good pedicures but other than that, don’t go there. I also attached photos of what I wanted verses what I got. I had to pay $20 somewhere else to get them fixed.

Refused to discuss price over phone and then when I got there, refused to discuss price until I “got the whole the process done”. The guy is rude and nasty to customers.
