Haven’t had any problems here. The people working at this branch have always been nice to me.

Reviews are correct, worst customer service. It's a bank that holds MY money, not the bank's but they act like you need them not them needing you. A new teller at window, obviously not trained well was confused with a deposit, walked away to talk to manager, didn't say a word like...." Hold on a minute sir" or..." I'll be right back sir".....or ask me a question if the deposit info is too complicated. No just leave me there for 15 mins and when she finally came back with manager I was told they can't deposit a paycheck that is drafted against their bank and when I explained I have 2 accounts she pointed it to the screen and started to just walk away. When I stopped her to at least get an explanation to why I was left sitting there for now 20 mins the management stated because teller was in her office. Ok, that's all well and fair but what about letting the customer know you gonna walk away and manger shrugged shoulders and said."oh well. Constantly lacking good personal customer service here. There is literally ONE teller that is a pleasure to talk to, he must of had training at a different bank.

Been banking with Newfield since I was 16 and am now 34. Small branch with great hours. I would stay away from the Pitman branch. All the workers including the manager, Michelle are incompetent and so unfriendly. And the branch in Vineland gets robbed a lot.

I got a $35 over draft fee for a check that was cashed less than 12 hrs before my paycheck was deposited. That just isn't right. Thinking about switching banks.

Newfield bank in Franklinville, Has the worst customer service and is very rude to some of the senior customers. My mother is 73 and has had an account with them for 30 years. she wrote a check. Made out for 5-16-2018. They cashed it on 5-15-2018 and charged her $60 in overdraft fees. That's fine. If you can't read a date. we understand. It's not your job. to check date on a check. Befor you cash it.. But for her to be talked down to by staff. As if she was a child. Is uncalled for and point blank rude. I truly hope someone is that kind to them. When they become her age.
