I was in Franklin Park area this afternoon & searched PNC near me & google maps took me to a worst PNC branch at 3151 Rt.27 Franklin Park. The Manager Hanna & Banker Marlene both are not even aware of the customer service basics & I was really surprised when they took almost 25 minutes to verify a Customer who is since last 15 years with PNC. The Manager Hanna kept asking me stupid questions which showed that she is either a new Manager OR super dumb kind of person who was not trained before giving her a position of a Manager. I live at 40 minutes drive in PA from this branch in NJ. I gave her 4-5 different id’s including my driver’s license of course, showed her my account on my phone, provided them my full social & then she asked what is last 4 digits of your Account? Seriously??? Who made her a Manager??? After wasting my 25 minutes she said they can’t allow me to withdraw money & said I can use an ATM. So I had no choice except to go out & withdraw from ATM & then I came back to get large bills what I wanted to get. Whoever is the Regional Manager of this area, please make sure you give proper training to your Managers before allowing them to interact with Customers!!! They should not take 25 minutes to verify a Customer & after that telling them they can’t do it.

Very rude. Refused to Notarize a document. Have been their customer for more than twenty years. I called up another Bank where I have an account too and they gladly did it.

Worst banking and customer service experience in the branch. For everything branch employees will ask you to contact online banking and customer agents on phone. Not worth wasting your time.

Useless clerk refused to print a replacement debit card for me. I had opened and account and had yet to receive a debit card to have access to MY funds and this lady refused.

Love this ATM .. very nicely located right on NJ27 and in shopping area. Nice drive through facilities and mostly free .. bank is also good and they service clients well. Good experience overall

I had the worse experience at the PNC bank on Veronica Ave in the Stop and Shop. The teller would not let me withdraw MY money because I need two forms of identification. I have been using my driver's license for months now and never had a problem. I was not going home to get a credit card. I don't carry because I'm an impulse shopper. Anyway, some unpleasant words were exchanged. I couldn't believe her. I went to the actual branch and was able to withdraw my money with no problem.
