Don't let the good reviews here fool you. The owner of the salon can't do a decent highlight job, her response was only a few are messed up... 80% of it is good. What a joke. I had to get my hair fixed at another salon and she said I had patches and lines all over my head.Service: Balayage

Awful experience at the Pro Cutters in Franklin New Jersey. I had an appointment with the owner Jean for a balayage, and she just gave me very poorly done highlights. It was such a disappointment. I returned the next day to ask for a refund and she only offered to fix it. Which is just laughable.
