Quest Diagnostics on Veronica Avenue in Somerset is very good! The waiting room is clean. The staff are very friendly and professional! The Technician who took my blood is very courteous and friendly. She was an expert in drawing blood and was able to locate a vein without any difficulty. I am always very impressed and happy with this Quest Diagnostic Location!

All went very well and smoothly. I hardly had any wait time and was greeted appropriately. The phlebotomist was very skilled and I had no bruising afterwards.

I made an appointment ahead of time for 12:30 and came 20 minutes early. Instead of taking me, they took two walk-in’s that came after me and took me past my appointment time. I understand taking someone instead of the appointment if the person is late for their appointment, but If someone comes early and you are able to take them, I think it’s more important to take those who made an appointment before hand.

The appointment Scheduling is great. Check in was easy. The lab is clean. The best part is the staff, I was assisted by Mridula, who was kind and professional.

When it was my term in the list of appointments, a flebotomist came to the waiting room and pronounced my name but asked a lady in the waiting room to go in with her instead. A few seconds later, while I was still waiting, my name disappeared from the list and the person that was after me, whose appointment was 10 minutes later, was called. I had to complain to somebody from inside the office, otherwise I would never have been called . A little later another flebotomist apologized and called me.
This is not the first time that another person, obviously known by the flebotomist, probably a relative or a friend, was called for my turn with my name disappearing from the list seconds later.
