I’ve been going here for gas for many yrs but somehow there’s always an issue with older gentleman charging me more than what I asked for. Today I asked for 25 and I confirmed twice, this dude fills up my tank. I bring my personal and work vehicles here and never have an issue with anyone else but this guy. If he can not manage to work the pump, he doesn’t need to be there. This is the second time.
The young guys and the gentleman with the accent have always been a pleasure it’s just this one man. All he could manage is “I’m sorry” which doesn’t help or fix the situation.

Great service!. Gas attendants are fast, very nice and respectful. I will definitely make this Shell Gas station my to-go place to fill out my cars!

I have been using Shell almost exclusively for years. I find it unfair to still be receiving only a nickel a gallon off. As a loyal customer, I should be placed in a higher status. At least 25 cents after all the fill ups over the years

I experienced over heating in my car. Had to pull over the gas attendant at the shell station heard me yell from the extreme heat coming out of the vents. He gave me the best advice ever! Thank you for caring!

I had a surprisingly very friendly gas attendant and this location is right on the corner, so it is easy to get to.

Always liked coming here for gas... all the guys are friendly and fill the tank normally... except for one...don't know his name... think he's from Nigeria... maybe Ethopia...? not sure... that's not relevant, butI said, "fill it up/cash/regular." Pump stopped at about $19.15 - so I assumed he'd run it up to $20 - I look around as fast as I could and he already ran it up PAST $21.50 and it was still going!!!I started screaming - "Stop! What are you doing!?" It stopped at $19! Why would you run it up past $20?!" Couldn't use the "no change" excuse this time (which is what he said the previous time - even though I had exact change). I mean, when was he planning on stopping it? At $25??? NO ONE else at the station does this. No one at ANY station does this. I can't even say give me $23" - because if it fills up BEFORE $23, he'll still run it up to $23 whether it needs it or not. Overfilling can damage the car!Update:I was just there. Different guy was working. A Spanish guy I think - (I do apologize for labeling the guys by their nationality/ethnicity etc - that's rude, but I don't their names). I said $18 cash/regular (I only needed about half a tank for it to be full). I had exact change. Pump stopped at about $16.30. He said, "Do you think that's good?" I said yeah - just run it to $17. He did. It was full. Perfect! That's all you have to do!! He was friendly, too.... despite having to work outside on a cold day.

Attendance are always fast, efficient, and friendly. I am always in and out when I'm in a hurry. Today, the gas attendant so helpful as well! I realized that I was very well on oil and he added it for me so that my hands would not get dirty before work, which I very much appreciate, especially being in a hurry. Thank you so much for quality customer service.

I go here all the time. The service is quick and always with a smile and they wash your windows when they see you might have a problem seeing the road. Very caring you don't see that anymore.
