there is a lady who is so stupid in the pharmacy part, I work for (instacar) and it turns out that I needed something from the pharmacy, I asked her to please let me scan the product on my cell phone and she said she couldn't give it to me until I paid, even though I told her that I was just going to scan it so my client could pay for it through the app or what does that lady think that I'm going to steal it? They should put a trained person, not that type of person, my client got angry and told me that she will never place orders at that pharmacy again, PLEASE ADMINISTRATION TRY TO HIRE PEOPLE WHO UNDERSTAND THAT DASHERS HAVE TO SCAN THE PRODUCT IN ORDER TO PAY, what bothers me is that that lady didn't care at all because if I'm explaining the product to her, I'll scan it and return it to her to proceed with the payment.

Nothing compares to bowl and basket! But the store it's self isn't great. A lot of produce and deli meats have been rotten and the bakery is never stocked. I was going to Weis for a while but it's more expensive and the quality of Weis brand is horrible. The ShopRite of West Caldwell always had great produce/ deli/ bakery foods, so it's the store for sure. Oh well lol

Really bad experience at the pharmacy at Shoprite of Franklin, I came came in to pick up Paxlovid that was called in by my physician as I have no one to pick it up for me and Marian G who is the pharmacist or pharmacist tech on duty asked me if I have COVID, so I let her know that I tested positive which is why I am wearing a mask! She started shaking her head and told me I was not supposed to be in the store, which is not true and very inappropriate, in front of other waiting clients. She continued to embarrass me by blurting out the price of the medication and the fact that I had COVID and that she had to whipe everything down! I left without getting the medication, what a horrible and insensitive person! I called store manager to get her full name and he put me on hold, and after 10 minutes I hung up. Worst pharmacy experience in my life. Get your meds somewhere else.

Isles are tight and confusing. The layout is meant to make things as inconvenient as possible. Never enough registers open. And WHY do you close SO EARLY??? Stay open till 10:30 and sell me some of the seafood you throw out by the ton every night. It's too expensive, people can't afford it so you throw it in the trash with chemicals so people can go hungry instead. Just evil.

Franklin shop rite is garbage. I asked manager why they close at 7 and he rudely told me that it is not his problem and I should just go to the other grocery stores. If I go here at 4pm everything is packed away and no one will help you. Honestly shop rite, I hope the franklin store falls into a pit and turns into an aldi. Manager needs social skills or a job that he enjoys.
