TL;DR: USE THIS LAUNDRY SERVICE! You will NOT be disappointed! So Fresh & So Clean is a wonderful vendor!My water heater was out of commission, the install was delayed by over a week, & three of us needed several loads of laundry done ASAP! In desperation, I contacted Donovan at So Fresh & So Clean & was *immediately* impressed with his high level of customer service/interaction. It took me a "hot minute" to get my bags ready (I was hopping in & out of Zoom calls, OY!), & he was extremely patient. His team picked up my laundry, washed, dried, folded, & then *delivered* my clothes back to my house the SAME DAY & for an excellent price! Not only has this service saved me time, but it also does save me money, thanks to the current costs of electricity & water. I'm absolutely planning on using this service for my bed linens & have shared my rave review about So Fresh & So Clean with several folks already!

Disappointed. The dryers are faulty and scorches your laundry. I’ve tried calling and there is no direct number. My no longer white comforter has burn marks all over it.

Laundry Service with Free Pick Up & Delivery is Great! The clothes were picked up as ordered. On Delivery Day, they were placed properly on my Front Porch, and everything was clean and folded professionally. The best price is $1.25 P/Pound if you sign as reoccurring- a good deal.

Terrible horrible staff! The owner James is rude and disrespectful… They change the color of your clothes when you do drop off service with all the fabric softener they use! Good prices. Nice stuff. They close at 10pm now because it's winter and lack of business from 10 to 11. I was in there plenty of times around that time tho..... All good tho just make sure you make it there by 10pm.
