Thank you Kingston USPS people for wonderful service.They are very helpful and kind. Nice and organized people with a professional service. I made my passport here finally after some struggles at other locations. I recommend people to come to this location even if it’s little bit far away from where you live.

Amazing, bustling, post office! They handled our passport applications for our twins in no time at all. Skip is a passport professional - he knew everything inside and out and was creative and helpful taking photos of one year olds. Post office workers knew many customers by name. Friendly vibe. Would recommend.

It's certainly fashionable to hate the United States Postal Service, wrongly conflating bad senior management and ridiculous, money hemorrhaging, oversight by Congress as a sleight against the hard working men and women who man the front lines. I have never had a problem here, in fact, many times they've gone out of their way to offer excellent money saving advice on postage and shipping. Sure, you can find bad people anywhere but generally speaking the USPS is not the punch line that springs to mind when I want to illustrate how not to do something. Congress... on the other hand...

I had a great experience while renewing my daughter's passport, very friendly staff and they are very quick and efficient. Was in and out within 15 minutes. The lady from post office was kind enough to call the previous day to remind me what all to bring.

This is the BEST USPS location I've EVER visited.This is not a joke, this place has super friendly staff. They are professional and willing to explain which shipping method to use.This is how every USPS location should be like. This is not the best or most fun job in the world, but this is an important job! Thanks for the hard work of this location's staff.
