Very disappointed. I guess when I walked in the door, they seen a sucker I am paying another additional $80 dollars a month for a brand new phone but this darn phone is doing the same freaking thing like the old one. I’m not getting anything different. Ryan was my representative and I really thought I can trust in him but no as long as they get their commission that’s all that matters and top of that. I gave him a $20 tip. Seriously should be ashamed of yourself. It’s the same damn phone as my other phone. The only difference is color. How can people do this to other people is beyond me, especially since I’ve been sick and I’m not very happy 😡

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service at your store, thanks to Ryan. My spouse and I were in need of new phones, and even though it was almost closing time, Ryan went above and beyond to assist us.
Despite the time constraints, Ryan patiently listened to our needs and preferences, guiding us through the selection process with expert knowledge and professionalism. He took the time to address all of our questions and concerns, ensuring that we felt confident in our decision.
What truly stood out was Ryan’s willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Despite the store nearing closing time, he never once rushed us or made us feel like an inconvenience. Instead, he remained focused on providing us with the best possible service, even staying past closing to finalize our purchase and ensure that everything was set up to our satisfaction.
Thanks to Ryan’s outstanding assistance, my spouse and I left the store with two new phones and a positive impression that will have us coming back for all our future tech needs. He truly embodies the qualities of a stellar store manager, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I needed help deleting a notification glitch and one of the employees belittled my skills at managing my device. She suggested I get rid of my voicemail altogether until I informed her that I couldn't, due to medical and professional reasons. I mentioned that people left me inconsequential voicemails like the one I was currently having a problem with. She said to me verbatim that I was an "unhappy girl." She failed to fix my phone and turned it over to another employee. He was able to fix it briefly, but after two hours the bothersome notification returned.I don't appreciate the snarky comments the woman made, and also how she went outside for a smoke break in the midst of the whole ordeal only to return reeking of smoke and grabbing my phone back to take another look. Her abrasive behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude.
