I needed help deleting a notification glitch and one of the employees belittled my skills at managing my device. She suggested I get rid of my voicemail altogether until I informed her that I couldn't, due to medical and professional reasons. I mentioned that people left me inconsequential voicemails like the one I was currently having a problem with. She said to me verbatim that I was an "unhappy girl." She failed to fix my phone and turned it over to another employee. He was able to fix it briefly, but after two hours the bothersome notification returned.I don't appreciate the snarky comments the woman made, and also how she went outside for a smoke break in the midst of the whole ordeal only to return reeking of smoke and grabbing my phone back to take another look. Her abrasive behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude.

I realize it is Christmas eve, but the complete lack of customer service is the reason I would avoid this store.If you must go, Do not hand your phone to the young man, he made changes to my phone without asking permission and disable my power button.

I watched Nick perform magic yesterday. Not only was he professional, kind and quite funny, he backed up my phone and transfered all my data to a new phone using muscle memory becasue my screen was broken. He went above and beyond!

My 84 y/o mom got a new cell phone as a birthday present. We took it to the store in Sussex NJ to be activated. I told them I would put in her contacts manually since she had a handful and to save her money. We were told they would NOT activate her phone unless she paid the $25 fee to switch her contacts AND a $35 activation fee. We walked out. We went to the Franklin store and were greeted by Donna after she was done with another customer. What a pleasure she was friendly, knowledgable and awesome. No charge for ANYTHING! Her store was full and had lots of employees. Sussex.....not a sole in there. No customers. Gee I wonder why? Highly recommend this awesome store and great staff. Thank you so much!! The best store!! I have been going to the Franklin location for many years and I would absolutely recommend them for all your Verizon needs!Navigating through the Verizon site is next to impossible for me and today Nick took the time to help me with my phone upgrade. He was polite, helpful and professional. He took the time to look up all offers for my phone line and also explained everything available for myself and the other lines on my account.Every sales person at this location has always gone above and beyond for me and my family members!Thank you Nick! I look forward to getting my new iPhone this weekend!

I picked up the new phone I ordered on line Friday 7/15/22 in Franklin. I was unable to charge my old phone. Ryan was the person who handled the transfer of data to my new phone. He was very patient and helpful. He did have some difficulty because of my old phone and he spent time transferring data. Kudos to Ryan. Ryan was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Nick Galdi was really great, he took care of 4 different customers at once when they were busy at open time and made sure everyone was attentively cared for. We got very good prices on new phones that were WAY BETTER then the prices they gave us at the corporate location in butler!! will definitely return
