Whenever I call with a concern, the receptionists are always kind, calm, and reassuring. They never make me feel like a burden and always do their best to fit us in when they can.

The doctors are just as wonderful. They take the time to answer every question I have without ever making me feel rushed. I’ve even received follow-up phone calls after hours to go over test results and talk through the next steps. After spending all day seeing patients, the fact that they still take the time to thoroughly explain my dog’s specific situation means so much to me.

Whenever my girl has a specialist or ER visit, the staff often mentions that they’ve already reviewed her records and test results before our appointment. That level of preparation and attention to detail gives me so much confidence that she’s receiving the best care possible.

When we lost our other dog, they sent us a heartfelt sympathy card and called to offer their condolences. That kindness meant more than they probably realize during such a difficult time.
