Brought a friend over after urgent care to get a Z pack. Waiting over 30 minutes to be told twice, “It’s not here”. Called urgent care twice and they confirmed it was in fact there. About 1:20pm (waiting over 30 min at this point) pharmacy tells us they’re getting ready to close for lunch. I said to “hold on it’s only
1:20pm not 1:30pm”. I called urgent care again and they laughed saying it’s confirmed on their end the script was there. As soon as I tried to talk on the phone, a rude store manager came over and literally started closing the loud pharmacy wall on us!!!!! I was livid. I called urgent care yet again and asked them to call it into Walmart across the street - we left. Walmart was wonderful in and out.
I will never support the Franklin Borough NJ Walgreens again…never!

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Overall, have been very satisfied with services. Prescriptions, vaccinations & store stock. Employees have been incredibly helpful and the store is impeccably clean. Why 2 stars? Waited patiently, 4 hours, for two prescriptions to be filled. Was notified earlier that one script was out of stock. I called, unbeknownst to me, 10 minutes before closing and told that my other script was not filled. I was told that they were too busy. In all my years I have never had to wait 4 hours only to be told that I would have to wait until the next day. SAD, VERY SAD! Prescriptions can be a lifeline for individuals in need. How busy can you be if you are unable to fulfill a single script in 4 hours. Business must be good but at customers expense. You need to re-examine your business model and make the necessary changes so no customer ever goes without potential life saving / quality of life medication.

Do yourself a favor don't get your prescriptions filled here. On 3 different occasions it was not ready. Find a different pharmacy.

I have to wait a very long time on line every time I pick up my prescriptions. If they have this problem hire more people. The people working there are very nice despite the stressful situation.

If I could give negative stars I would. I have an issue with a prescription EVERY single time. TWICE Walgreens was unable to fill a refill and DID NOT EVEN BOTHER to call me either time. I only defaulted to Walgreens because RiteAid Hamburg closed. Out of 5 encounters I have not had one encounter without an issue. There is one very nice customer service employee in the pharmacy that is extremely nice and goes out of her way. I would avoid this fiasco of a pharmacy at all costs. Today was my last.

My doctor wired in a prescription a week ago and nobody ordered it till today. I don't understand how they couldn't order this medication in ahead of time because without this medication there will be serious side effects. I spoke to a pharmacist last week that said everything would be ready for pickup and the most important medication I need was never ordered. I'm a cancer patient and without this medication I will wind up in the hospital. I understand the store is busy but this situation is totally unacceptable after having the prescription in the system for a week but they never ordered it. I typically don't write reviews but this is something that needs to be addressed.

Worst pharmacy/ pharmacist, I came in to this pharmacy because, unbeknownst to me and without my permission, my prescription was transferred here from a riteaid that closed, I asked Meghan the professional pharmacist to please transfer my prescription info to rite aid in Newton and she said NO! She gave me a song and dance that the other pharmacy had to call them?? Wow! This is a prescription for insulin! No wonder I stopped getting meds from Walgreens!

2. Not enough on staff. Waiting
3. I have to fight with them to take my UnitedHealth care card to get my 40.00 cordially. I use for vitamins and pain tylenol

Tell me why everyone at the pharmacy is super rude. Went to get my 4 year old a flu shot which already stressful because they are scared. They took forever and we were the only ones there. Everyone had this annoyed look on their face was short rude with questions and answers, and Just saying excuse me just to ask where the bathroom was made the pharmacist give me a death glare like I was the most annoying person. Super unprofessional and unpleasant experience. I know why I was the only one there now.

Nice store. Helpful pharmacist, but if you need meds on Sunday you're out of luck. Closed on Sundays.

Asked for a refill online, they never called it into doctors. Got a message from them saying it’s ready, drove there and the pharma lady super rudely answered me well it’s not my fault it’s the system. Tried continuously to get the message refilled for a week u til I just ended up changing to rite aid and they literally had the meds in 20 minutes. Terrible service and terrible attitude.

Pick up in 30 mins...haha. I been sitting in my vehicle for 27mins and counting directly at the drive thru window.
The male pharmacist was also not very accommodating initally when filling a blood thinner injection that they could only partially fill, and want to charge me 1500 dollars when the full script is covered by a payer. INSANITY.
Closed on Sunday too? Is this a Chikfila?

My son is getting vaccine here, had an appointment for 11:20am it's now 12pm and still waiting. I had mine in rite aid in newton nj,. I was in and out in less then 20 minutes. Only because they had to print my paperwork out. Would've been 15 minutes.
