Our local Rite Aid pharmacy abruptly closed about 6 months ago. Since then we have been using Walgreens in Franklin. Have not had one serious issue! Interactions with staff have been excellent. Friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The Pharmacist, Lisa, has been incredibly pleasant and helpful. I thank each and every one of you for taking the time to answer our questions and provide information so we may make informed decisions. Thank you, Mark & Laurie

I don't know what happened to the pharmacy at this place! When Jake worked there everything ran smooth. Within minutes your were on your way. Now, I had 2 people in front of me and it too lk over 40 minutes before I was out. It has really gone down hill in the past 2 years! They really need to hire a competant team! I'm taking my Rx across the street for better service.

Buyer Beware! They have gone downhill so much over the last 6 months. Every time I try to pick up a script there is an issue. I’m constantly being told I need to come back bc they need time to fix it. They’re constantly out of stock on things and wanting to contact the doctor to have the script changed. I’ve had multiple accounts where I’ve made phone calls to the pharmacy to verify everything is correct and ready to be picked up, but when I arrive at the pharmacy I’m made aware or more issues and end up leaving without the meds. I will be switching to a local mom and pop pharmacy now where they actually care about keeping customers and helping customers.

Awesome store. I just moved to the area and the pharmacy staff was friendly and competent. Much bigger and more well stocked than what I am used to. So, I am totally happy with my new Walgreens.

No call is placed to notify a customer when a necessary medication is on backorder. The online refill status just says it is with a pharmacist for review for days. Therefore I placed a call today to check on refill status and the suggestion is to call around to other pharmacies for a diabetes medication the day it is due for administration. No apology. No assistance. No care shown for the medical aspect of what is now a delay in care. Apathetic response. Very disappointed in the lack of responsibility and communication.

Pharmacy: the men who work here are quick, attentive, friendly and kind.
The lady who works here is by far the slowest human being in Walgreens pharmacy history. 20 minutes sitting in the drive through, sitting in front of the window, waiting to be given attention to pick up my script.

What happened to the regular staff here?? Have never had issues until now. I get a text at 2pm that my prescription arrived with an estimated pick up time of 4pm...get here at 5:30pm and she tells Me I can wait but it will be an hour and a half to 2 hours. Do they think people Ike to just randomly show up?? I came an hour after the time THEY sent me grrrr

This is the worst Walgreens around. They called us 6 minutes before our scheduled vaccination to advise that the pharmacy would be closed. Then when we called back to complain on Saturday, their answering machine states the pharmacy will reopen on Monday. God forbid someone needs their medication. Just awful. Please go elsewhere

Waited over an hour in drive through (with only 2 cars ahead). Got to the window and no one saw me. One woman finally came, said she doesn't do covid testing and has to find someone and I waited more. I waited 90 minutes total past my scheduled time! By far the worst experience with any Walgreens.

The wait time to pick up a prescription is absolutely ridiculous! Drive-thru or inside it’s the same you always wait more than a 1/2 hour.

I can't believe how rude and unprofessional the pharmacy is in Walgreens. My son was scheduled to take his 2nd Covid shot and apparently when I got to the counter I was told it was canceled. I understand the supplies did not come in but a call would have been nice rather then an email confirming the exact appointment that was supposedly canceled. When I asked what would be my next step it was a more go f yourself and figure it out. Any employee behind the pharmacy counter is constantly confused and never has an answer. Extremely disappointing. So you can take the reservation you just can't hold the reservation.

Very nice people but they need some sort of process improvement. It’s always a disaster waiting to get helped at this pharmacy. All the people who work here speed walk so it looks like they’re getting stuff done but the line doesn’t move. Very frustrating knowing u will kill 30 minutes of ur day to just pick up a prescription that should take 30 seconds.

Horrible experience at your store last night. I brought in my two sons for the pediatric covid vaccine. We were scheduled for 6:10. Filled out all of our paperwork, was given a receipt, and were made to wait. At first they said it would be a half hour which turned into two hours. At 10 minutes until closing the pharmacist came out and called in two other children that had arrived almost an hour after we had. I asked him when we would get our vaccine and he just said not tonight. Nobody was going to tell us that we had just wasted two hours and wouldn't be seen? My children hadn't eaten or done their homework, had to wait in a small seating area for two hours, and were nervous all day for a shot they didn't even get. We were never even asked to come back at another time and nobody apologized for the inconvenience. We were basically ignored. All of our information is now in your system for nothing because we will not be going back to your store. Extremely inconsiderate, poor time management and awful customer service. If we want more people to be vaccinated, this is not the way to do it.
