Walgreens Pharmacy in Franklin Park, NJ very convenient location, fast Drive Thru service,
Knowledgeable techs, good identity verification policy, never have issues with refills, Kind friendly techs calls my doctor for prescription refill if my doctor forgets to call in, they is above and beyond , exceptional customer service!!

No wonder they have such terrible reviews. I just called there. I’m so sick with Covid. Ask for the medication. The pharmacist was so rude. I even told him to have a nice day and he hung up on me. I will never ever give them my money I have been a member of med life pharmacy right in the neighborhood. I recommend you go there. They’re wonderful and kind and family friendly.

Very naste staff it’s look like nobody care about. Also bathroom sign is not visible upon ask respond is like no body know. I did not see any sign. No positive behavior @ this location.

Cashier wouldn’t let me use public restroom even after making a purchase. Cashier was very rude and had a attitude when asked about restroom. Walgreens are typically known for safe and clean bathrooms but this Walgreen could careless about their customers.

Admittedly, I have not been inside the store itself, though there are times when Walgreens does have certain prescriptions in-stock that other pharmacies in the area do not. Any time I've used the drive-thru pharmacy, I have been treated with courtesy and received what I needed.

I felt sorry for them for how busy they were but they are completely disoganized. I booked a covid shot. It took me almost an hour to get out. The pharmacist admitted they need a full time person giving shots and doing tests. The woman at the register didn't want my insurance card because she said everyone gets a free shot. I said but you took my wife's card. She replied every day is different.

Staff has gone to the dogs! When calling they drop the call, and u can hear them laughing. No offense but please hire staff who can speak English clearly especially when medication and your health is involved. The drive thru is especially difficult and when you are ill and have been told your meds are ready, have them ready! Texting to alert you the scripts are ready is hit or miss and they are using inferior medication from India, etc.which definitely has less potency. No offense to any Indian folks! This pharmacy needs a complete redo, & training, knowledgeable staff, from Pharmacists to the staff , and the phone connection is very poor. This pharmacy has been here for at least 30 years, whom ever owns this franchise needs to do serious updating now! Before you have more upset patients. Kendall Park/Princeton was built then closed, why!? We waited on this Walgreens for years, it was clean, nice and you felt safe, I truly know it should reopen, this area is growing rapidly and one Walgreens is NOT enough! Our senior population is large & we need delivery services as well.Thank you.
