I received a text saying my prescriptions were ready for pick up. I went in and the lady I spoke with said to give them a little bit so I walked around for 20 minutes and when I returned the pharmacy was closed, I assume due to lunch time. So I walked around, periodically checking if they were back yet, for about 40 minutes. When they returned I spoke with a different lady who said to give them a couple minutes and she would call me over when she was ready, so this time I stood there and waited... for about an hour. I was in that store, waiting for my prescriptions that I was told were ready, for a total of 2 hours. Both employees I spoke with were incredibly nice and the second was apologetic and kind about my obnoxious wait time, which I appreciate but 2 hours just to get 2 creams that I was told were ready for pick up is just ridiculous.

Arpan is the best pharmacist we've had the pleasure of dealing with. Always willing to explain or help. Overall, the team there is very friendly and incredibly quick with filling meds. Keep it up! :)

Always have to find someone to deliver your meds. Had a question for the pharmacist once I got home. Called and was on hold 25 minutes. He never picked up the phone. Prices are ok though.

Literally just left Walmart as I was denied Allegra-D allergy medication. I believe her name was Sandra but not positive. I've been buying allergy medication for years which has been on and off and not a continuous basis-until recently. My boyfriend suffers from severe allergies and thankfully this does help him. So we rant out and I went into Walmart to purchase a new box as I do every time. The lady tells me I purchased too much of the product and that she can lose her job for selling it to me. I get that but what I don't get is why all of a sudden it's a problem. I'm not doing anything differently than I normally do. So I left, went across the street to Walgreens and asked the pharmacist who explained the laws to me on purchasing the product. Needless to say he sold me the allergy meds with no problem. I don't understand it but never going to Walmart just to waste my time. So frustrating when it doesn't have to be.

I care for an elderly family member who was in and out of hospital last year. She had prescriptions at two different pharmacies. One was good the other was not so helpful. For convenience I wanted to move her prescriptions to this walmart closer to me and nearer her doctor. The pharmacist here was incredibly helpful, calling the doctors and rehabilitation place himself, handling all the transferring information, and making sure I understood what she needed and when. He was patient with her, as she was nervous and confused, and made her feel like she was in charge and in good hands. We've been using them ever since, and have never had a problem. I highly recommend them.

You should post the time your pharmasist goes to lunch. I waired 30 minutes. Poor communication. 130 to is not lunch. 12 to 130 maybe.

Let's start by saying the "Pharmacist" denied me my prescriptions because he needed to speak to my Dr on why I'm getting medicine and continued to ask me why I'm taking these medications in front of other shoppers and Walmart staff it was embarrassing that I have to explain to him medical conditions and in front of others. He is definitely judging me on how I look. I pay a lot of money a month for my medical and rx coverage that I get from both of my jobs. Treated me like I was some kind of junkie and what ever happen to hippa laws? Why is he discussing my medical condition in front of shoppers and other employees. It was embarrassing and he is a disgrace to Walmart name. We will be filing a complaint about these incidents that did not happen ones but twice. I've never before had an issue when I went there before now he "Pharmacist" or tech whatever he was wants to embarrass me by explaining my medical conditions in front of strangers. This is not the end of this and I'm sure I speak for a lot of others who have had to go through this embarrassment there.

I switched to this pharmacy 2 years ago when I was unhappy with the service I was receiving from another major pharmacy/retailer. At that time I found Arpan and Kelley the pharmacists to be welcoming and caring. They demonstrated a genuine interest in my circumstances. Since then I have had four prescriptions renewed each month at Walmart. I find them along with the rest of the staff to be knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. They know what they are doing. They answer questions smartly. When they do not have the answer at their fingertips they immediately research and get back to me. I recommend this pharmacy wholeheartedly.
