Such a cute little store. Small front part, but when you head towards the back, there are a bunch of cute little rooms and the very back has a bunch of items.

I was interested in having an estate sale. I asked an interior designer that I was working with if she knew of someone. She said her husband knew of someone. I called Kim. Honest conversation about what to expect. I had no timeline at that point. So, we decided to touch base every so often to update. Which we did, no problem.
I then sold my house and needed to know from Kim what her timeline was to determine a settlement date.
That’s when my problem began.
I am alone and trying to pull all this off.
I texted her at first to see what I should retain that would or wouldn’t sell. She responded once, then none.
I stopped.
Then my settlement date was determined, I put a call into her. Went to voicemail. It was brief, telling her that I had the dates to have the estate sale. A day later I never heard back. I called again and reiterated that I needed to know her timeline in order to set up my settlement date AND sign the contract.
She texted me she got my call. Was away, off Monday and Tuesday with appointments and would call me “after “
No word
Called her twice, vm
Finally left a message that it was apparent that she didn’t want to have me as a client, so if she didn’t call me back in an hour and a half, I would look for someone else.
Nothing
I know people have stuff going on in their lives, don’t want to deal, are tired, etc. I was a nurse.
But….. no one in a business that poses to help people should ever, ever, ever ignore people. It is really disrespectful.
I hear she is very nice, but I can’t vouch for that.
So, prospective person, embarking on a journey like mine…..beware

Very much regret that I used Kim L and 3 R Estate Sales to liquidate my antique shopTerrible communication on her part which deteriorated after I signed the contract She had promised to do research on my items but she took everything of value and didn't report what the prices were that she received She had promised I'd get paid within 7-10 days of the sale but it took going to the police over a month later when she wasn't answering phone calls or texts and we had to get police involved to get any payment She had weeks to get ready for the sale but on the weekend of the sale, most items had no prices and she said that most of the "VIP"s she had invited either canceled or never showed up. From beginning to end awful experience

I LOVE this store!! They are very nice...friendly and accommodating. When I walk into the store, you are greeted with a smile and warm hello. It is a very relaxed and friendly environment. If you are looking for something and you don't see it, they will help you find it. Not many places make you feel at home as these ladies!! They even have shipped items to my home when I can't get to the store. Now THAT is customer service!!!

BEWARE - the owner will put fraudulent charges on your credit card for things you did not purchase. I currently have to open a dispute with my credit card company.
