After determining our dog needed surgery she was able to explain everything and ease our nervousness as our dog is 9 and surgery had several risks. She kept us up to date during the whole procedure. Every step after that she was super patient and informative with us and our dog who doesn't listen well. We have since changed over to Tranquility for all our animal care needs”
