A simple national chain with access to many of the parts too keep current and classic cars properly maintained, accessorized and clean. Of course older rarities and dealer specific items aren't always available but the staff will do their best to get what you need right then or soon thereof

I used to like this store but the service quality seems to start going downhill. Not sure if this is due to staffing issues or I was just unlucky but I tend to go to AZ as their staff seems way better trained and customer focused.

Recently helped my friend by replacing their harmonic balancer. Advanced rented the puller tool for $20 and the part was $59. Mechanic wanted to charge $600. My friend is going through a hard time and doesn't have much $$ ..took me two hours and my friend was back on the road once I replaced the balancer pulley and a new serpentine belt $22 .... just like that sha-blam.... did my good dead.

Meh. I've been shopping here since they opened. There was this guy, Patrick, who was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, knew where everything was...can't have that!I stopped going here as much after I bought a steering rack here. When I brought my core back I didn't bring the box from the new part. The manager was screaming at the cashier over it. You know it's bad when you have to step in and defend an employee from the manager. I live like 3 miles away. Getting the box wasn't an issue. It left a bad taste in my mouth that I can't seem to get out. I still shop here on occasion but only when necessary.It's a shame too. I was in their club at the time and was a top tier member since I have 5 cars at my house. I was always buying parts. I still buy a lot of parts, I just go elsewhere.However, if you're going to shop here, order online. You'll save 15% (used to be 20%), your parts will be ready for pickup when you get there, and you don't have to deal with the snotty manager.

They always mad, like if they hate when people get in the store, alway give attitude to costumers when they ask for something, just go cross street and you will get a better costumer service from auto zone

I have patronized Free Advance Auto since opening but recent experiences have not been favorable. Current staff will not match Advance Auto on-line prices and manger is not professional in the manner she handled inquiries. I recently made a purchase at the new Freehold Auto Zone and had a much better experience.

Very not cool. I called about 20 minutes ago and after it rang a bunch of times, the guy told me to hold, then I had to hear their same message about same-day pick up, same-day shipping yada yada yada, safety procedures yada yada yada and then it sounds like the guy clicked on the phone like he was switching lines to pick up, but he just was putting me back to the hold message, so I stupidly waited another 10 minutes. At 8:54 PM I realized this guy is not picking up to actually speak to me as he's just biding his time until the store closes at 9 PM!! Again, I called about 20 minutes ago, so it wasn't like you were just closing, and I just needed to know if you could order an item because you have it in every color but the one I need. Thankfully, Lowes has it and you just lost yourself a sale and potentially good a new customer!! Hope it was worth it to put me on hold for 20 something minutes when you knew you had no intention on picking up my call! To the headquarters, you can have all the marketing nonsense you want, but without actual customer service, you have nothing.
