I booked a 5:00 pm appointment because my Apple Watch would not turn on. Unfortunately, no one spoke to me or acknowledged my appointment until nearly 7:00 pm. I eventually had to approach a staff member myself because I could not wait any longer. When I tried to ask one of the technicians what was going on, he ignored my question entirely, which was very disappointing.
It was frustrating to experience such poor communication and inefficiency at an Apple Store.
That said, I want to highlight that Mahammood provided excellent service when he helped diagnose my device. He was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. After I told him I wanted to file a complaint, he also took the initiative to contact the manager. The manager, Steven, was courteous, listened carefully, and addressed my concerns appropriately.
While this store clearly has issues with staffing and appointment management, there are individuals here who are working hard and trying to make things right.

I had an excellent experience at the Freehold location. We arrived a few minutes before opening and we were greeted immediately by Phil. I needed to activate a new phone and did not want to lose any photos, etc. Tony came to the rescue and he was amazing, patient, funny, and informative. I will be back for a class or two. Thanks, team.

It's pretty typical for an Apple store, which means there are plenty of employees and the place is always completely packed. Packed. I think this says more about Apple as a company overall in the sense that so many people rely on their products, but this location is very typical

Recently visited the Apple Store in Freehold, NJ to upgrade my MacBook Pro and take advantage of the gift card promo for Black Friday. Despite having visited the store exactly on Black Friday, I spent no more than 5-7 minutes waiting for help. The sales rep I worked with, Philip, could not have been better! He ensured I received the exact product I wanted, explained my payment/financing options, and that the transfer process between devices via iCloud was seamless and complete so I could leave the store without losing any data. Philip was friendly, chill, and shared my excitement in getting a new Apple product.
I want to particularly point out how attentive and patient Philip was with my mother who came with me and is wheelchair bound. He got her to upgrade her iPhone when she initially wasn't even looking to do so. He made sure she had enough room around her, displays were within reach, and took the time to provide a brief overview of Apple Intelligence to her as she isn't very tech savvy. Service like this as well as the quality of the product offerings is why my entire tech ecosystem is Apple.

I went to purchase an iPhone 17 this weekend.
The sale person is good. But when it comes to transfer my old iPhone data to the new phone. ( I had a trade in). We had a very bad experience with the technical person.
We were sent to the back table. The tech person, who has a strong accent, came to help. But he just came by and tell you press one bottom here and there and wait, then said it was all done. And he deleted all my old phone datas. We trusted in him. When I got home, most apps were not working. They needed to be either redownloaded or resigned in. I lost all the passwords in the old phone. It was a horrible and time consuming experience. This tech person is not responsible and short of knowledge. Not recommend this store.

All the greatest items from Apple in a local location. You can get in and out easily. The staff are usually friendly.
