We went to the store to change my grandmothers android to an IPhone and Jayna was super knowledgeable on which phone would be best for her needs. The process was very smooth and we’re super happy with the service we received. Highly recommend going to this store and requesting Jayna!

Will be returning what I bought today. A protection case for my new phone (has no screen to protect the glass (which I wanted) AND they only had black! Didn't know til I got into the car there was no covering for the glass!... Also bought a car mount for my cell phone. Too, too heavy. Suction is awful. Tried it & it fell off the dash 7 times. I did everything to adapt the suction and arm angle to alleviate weight/balance. Happened to go to Staples, where I bought the one I had, 8 years ago & I bought it again. The only thing wrong with the one I have is the protective foam that holds it tightly, came off on one side & I can't find it. Lightweight & I know it lasts.

Really sick of this place. First I traded in my phone a while back and went out of my way to replace the screen before I did. Customer service on phone told me I traded in a phone with a broken screen. Now I came to
Pay bill with exact change and they said they dont take cash???? Went to other atnt down the street and they did? Were they being lazy? Im tired and worked all week. Dont have time for these games. Go somewhere else this place has multiple red flags. Wont be coming back.

I have had bad experiences with other cell phone stores Daniel on Rt 9 was a pleasure knowing exactly what I needed and took care of everything the other carriers were usless and an embarrassing I would say AT&T in my opinion has it right we need more younger men like him id recommend him to anyone

Stay away from this store. Gives a bad name to AT&T reputation, care, and services! Horrible place! Be aware, my husband went there to repair his phone and Abdullah O. instead of a simple claim information how to fix it (because we have insurance protection) change the plans and sold a new phone. To make a sale you will loose a customer, not what AT&T is all about it. Very, very disappointing.Thanks for your reply, already called the company and is absolutely impossible to get back the plan we had (and didn't needed to change it). I was given the options and steps to take. The company agreed of the force and unnecessary sale done by this employee, it's shameful! We will no longer be doing business with you.

Danny has been truly helpful and is a remarkable young man. He made sure all of my questions were answered and was extremely respectful. He meets every customers needs and is happy to help!
