This company was by far the most reasonably priced out there and not for a lack of professionalism and hard workers. Not once did they try to upsell me on anything. I can't say enough good things about the crew that came to do my basement, they worked very hard to get the job done, let me know what to expect and left me with no clean up to do myself. They were some of the hardest workers I have seen. Would definitely recommend!

The crew arrived on time and went right to work. They worked hard and did not goof off. They even finished earlier than expected. The job was done exactly as outlined in the proposal. And after all the recent heavy rains not a drop of water got on to our basement floor.

My husband and I are repeat customers of Basement Waterproofing Solutions and will definitely use them in the future if we have a need for their type of services. Since 2019 they have installed and serviced our french drain and sump pumps and fixed a crack in our foundation that was leaking water into our cellar. They provided advice on what kind of dehumidifier we should buy from Amazon and, since it was too heavy for these senior citizens to handle, had it delivered to their shop and delivered and installed it for us when they came to service our sump pumps. They even came on a Sunday afternoon when we had a problem with one of our sumps. Sal and Barbara run this family owned company the way you wish every home repair or service company was run. They come when they say they will, they provide written estimates with alternative approaches when appropriate and their crews never leave debris on your property. I have found their prices fair and the quality of their work excellent. I'd give them 10 stars if I could.

We had a basement leak occurring from our old Bilco door that caused significant damage before we realized the problem. Once it was determined that a new Bilco door was required to remediate the situation, we started asking friends & family for referrals. We were directed to Basement Waterproofing Solutions by several people and we now understand why. These guys did an amazing job in brutally hot weather! The new door was installed in two days, as promised, and it looks wonderful. Our basement will now stay dry and secure. Many thanks to the installers who tolerated the hot weather and still did an excellent job!

Water in basement. Basement Waterproofing Solutions sent rep to evaluate problem and propose solutions. Rep educated me on materials and installation process. Work was done at quoted price in two days. Crew installed French Drain around perimeter in basement. They hung plastic sheeting to minimize dust, installed sump pump with battery backup and leveled new cement even with existing floor. Site was swept clean and result looks totally professional.

From Jeremy (who came by for the initial consult and quote) to Barbara (who helped deal with scheduling and payment etc.) to the crew (led initially by Edgar in the morning), everybody was great. More importantly, the crew arrived on-time, finished early and kept the place quite clean, given the nature of the job. We chose BWS based on a referral, and can now confidently refer them ourselves. We spoke to and received quotes from 4 other companies in the area, and we're happy with we went this route.

We called BWS a few weeks ago after a few floods in our new [older] home. They were quick to come out and gave us a fair price on a french drain system and new pump. The work was done seamlessly in 2 days. The french drain looks great and the workers were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Barb, the office administrator, is also super kind and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Basement Waterproofing Solutions waterproofed my basement at the new house I bought around two years ago. the owner Sal and his son are very nice guys. they came over and answered all my questions and concerns. they did a professional job at a reasonable price, and left the place clean.after two years i had an issue with the water draining outside the house.I didn't noticed it before because of the plants and the stone fence.it digged a large hole followed by a channel in the ground.I called the company 9AM, talked to Sal and explained what happened.after three hours they were already at my house.they diverted the drain into the gutter, and they did it free of charge.i sure appreciate a business man that stands behind his work.i would definitely recommend these guys!

I have been battling water issues with my garage for the last several years. I’ve had multiple people come out and put a patch on it or what I believe would’ve been the fix. Thankfully, a coworker put me in touch with this company from the start I felt confident that I was in good hands. The French drain was installed beautifully the workers were kind and worked so hard to resolve the problem for me. Anybody that has come by since the Installation date have said what a beautiful job they did. All I can say is thank you thank you thank you!!!

The mold remediation for my basement was effortless on my part. Sal Senior, Sal Junior, Barbara and the work team took care of every little detail. They were professional, communicative, always arrived when they said they would, and most importantly left a mold-free, spotless basement! If needed, I would hire Basement Waterproofing Solutions again in a heartbeat!

One of their son named Sal came over to give me an estimate. He answer all my questions and explained to me what they will do. I did some research about waterproofing and everything he said was pretty much aligned with other contractors. He gave me 2 different quotes, which are interior or exterior waterproofing. I really want to do exterior because that will stop water from entering the basement, but the cost is double than interior. I have not decided on what to do yet as I'm waiting to get some more quotes from other highly rated companies.

I recently used basement waterproofing solutions in Jackson, NJ, to install a French drain system in my basement. I had a very positive experience, from the initial consultation until the end of the job. Sol was very knowledgeable and patiently explained the engineering of the drainage system and how it would remediate my problem. The crew that installed it was really pleasant and hardworking. They worked five days straight all day and finished up the job. They covered everything well to minimize dust settling after the job. They even swept from the basement to my front door one day, because they saw some excess dirt fell off the cloth they spread out to the front door. They also noticed some mold as they were working, which they remediated at no cost. My basement finally lost its musty smell.
