Terrible customer service. I called to simply get a quote for shirts being made for my late grandfather’s ceremony. BEFORE I COULD EVEN FINISH the owner sharply cuts me off and tells me he can’t do it, how impossible it is and how he “has jobs and order from a month ago still being worked on” ... he didn’t even ask how few or how many I’d needed!!! For context, I’d only needed 5-10 shirts prepared. I’d also offered up a suggestion to provide inventory/my own shirts and pay for the printing services. Despite my asking date being next week, I would’ve thought an alternative, maybe insight into the policy/time needed to complete a potential order, rush fee OR AT THE VERY LEAST: ****kindness**** mild manners, professional etiquette .. anything along those lines...would have been offered, especially after being given this company as a referral. I felt horrible after getting off of the phone with this man. I’d never want to consider this business or provide this as a referral to any individual or organization. It seems to me he isn’t interested in new business and must only have decency and time for relationships/clients who he’s had over years or months out.
