My husband just got cursed out by an employee in front of my children! Who do they hire here?! He was miserable and hates his job and it shows! No reason to be low class and use bad language infront of the kids! Find a new line of work if baking some rolls isn't fulfilling enough. Never coming to this garbage location again and will be contacting corporate about this one.

Stay away from this place. If I can give zero stars, I'll do it. Bad, bad customer service. Ordered 4 mini Cinnabon at $19.96 and paid. Then I noticed that I could buy a box of 9 units for the same amount, and I wanted to change, before the helper started to pack them. She said that she cannot change the order or cancelled in a very rude attitude and went and packed the product. I asked for the manager and there is no manage in this location, so she told us that to get the manger I need to come the next day, she put the product in the back of the store and did not want to give use the product, but the problem also was that we already paid for the product. She got angry told us couple bad words and went back inside the store, so we have to wait for another person that was behind and ask to see if they can handle for what we paid. Bad, bad situation with this store. Please read the comments below.

Disappointing Experience at CinnabonMy recent visit to this Cinnabon left me in shock, 12/6. Despite purchasing a Cinnabon, the employee handed it to me in a box without any utensils, bag, heating, or napkins. When I started coughing and requested a cup of water, the request was refused. The lack of basic service and the refusal to provide water were concerning. I suggest retraining the staff to ensure a more customer-friendly experience.

Very disappointed with the customer service. We’ve purchased Cinnabons & Cinnabon Cinnasweeties and asked for forks. They have given it to us however my child dropped his on the floor. I went back and asked for a replacement they refused to give us. another employee tried to grab one and hand it over to us and got yelled at for doing so.What a disgrace !!! over 1 plastic fork!!! Shame on you Marva. You have provided the worst customer service one can encounter. I WILL NOT BE BACK HERE NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE!

Employee working there Tuesday night looks like he couldn’t care less about this place. Ordered two Cinnabons and asked to have them warmed up, told me oven was off for the night. What? It’s 6:30pm and you have over an hour left open. Looks like the owners gave up on this place.

I ordered 3 pecanbuns, which were dry and not fresh. Also, the coffee wasn't ready, but the employees were friendly and nice, I guess the place is not that busy to sell their products fast. I'd recommend another branch to buy from

Been to alot of cinnabons, i puchased 4 of them, yesterday and by far these were the worst Ive ever had. You almost have to not try, to make a cinnabon bad.

Only put a drop of icing on the Cinnabon and have the nerve to have the machine request for tips when the Cinnabon is $7 ?!?!!! Let’s do better

So the last few times I was there, not only, did I wait for 20 mins, just for them to tell me, they didn't have anyone working there to ring me up (yet, they had food out?), then a couple times after that, they closed HOURS before they were actually supposed to close & the cinnamon buns were crusty, & looking like they had been out for weeks; however, last time & today, Tipbrea, was the woman working & she also baked everything!! & let me tell you!!! these 5 starts are for NO ONE but her!! if she didn't work there, I wouldn't go there.. she was so nice, super helpful, considering I was iffy about them (because of multiple bad past experiences) but after I had it last time, I told myself I wouldn't eat them again, unless she was there.. so today, when I saw her!! WHAAATTT!! I was souped! hahah & she definitely did not disappoint! I didn't wait, & she super friendly, & went out of her way to make sure, I loved everything!! & needless to say (since I'm writing this review: I NEVER write reviews, unless it's to warn someone about something HORRIFIC, & even then, BARELY, have I ever!), I LOVED EVERYTHING!! she's the best! & now, she has the key to my heart! hahah you make great cinnabons = my heart!!!

There is no cinnabon near me so i had to drive out 40 minutes. Got there at 8 pm just to be told that they are closed and would only take cash even though it says they close at 9pm. If you close at 8pm maybe update it online also its not that hard.

I was initially ignored for about 5 minutes. When the woman finally got to me I wanted a special that was on a sign on display shelf. She said oh we're not doing this anymore then took the sign down. She was crouching on the floor with her bare hands touching the floor with a bandaid half falling off her neck. Disgusting. Also the counter was gross. Also the prices she said didn't match the menu. Left with our ordering.
