Renter beware!
I rented a climate controlled unit at this facility. When I went to clean out the unit the building was musty smelling and humid. While removing my belongings I found many of my belongings had mold and mildew on them. When I brought up my concerns to the Desk Attendant Christina she was very pleasant, took my report and the pictures I had taken and told me it would be escalated to the district manager. Unfortunately when I spoke with the district manger Tony D. he told me there was nothing he could do and I should have taken out more insurance to cover the loss of my belongings.
The storage unit was costly and I was very disappointed that despite paying for a climate controlled unit my belongings were ruined in a short period of time. I was more disappointed that upper management appears to be uninterested in rectifying this issue and want to warn other renters there belongings may be at risk

Micheal assisted me in picking out the right size unit and location based of my needs he was both friendly and efficient in finding me the best unit while on a budget! Thank you Mike! I highly recommend!

The unit was clean and the area was brightly lit. There were surveillance cameras which made me feel safe. Michael was very nice and personable. Walked us thru everything and we left comfortable and secure. Thanks again Michael
