My wife and I are extremely happy with our CVS . The Pharmacists are very pleasant and diligent , and we get the feel of a small chain Pharmacy experience with the large more efficient bigger pharmacy. Also Anne who works in the Pharmacy guided us and helped us adjust to the Pharmacy. We think the world of her. Just a great dedicated employee that CVS should be grateful to employ.

It's a pharmacy for God sake. But the least you can do is staff it properly. The pharmacy staff is pretty good. Relatively quick and answer questions. The other folks outside of the medicine dispensing pharmacy area are ok. At least it's 24 hours....::

Want to acknowledge the cashier the helped me today. Karen had such patience as a coupon did not work on my account she even helped me locate the correct item! Of course we had to try my credit card 3 times as the card reader was not cooperating but she knew how to make it work! Thank you Karen

The employees are very sweet and helpful, it’s just the pharmacy i have a problem with, they tell me my two prescription will be ready in an hour…then i go to class and after almost three hours they tell me to wait fifteen minutes? and for my other prescription they just tell me it’ll be available for the next day? like why did you make me wait three hours to tell me my prescription isn’t available

Worst pharmacy. They do not know how to speak to there customers and will just use excuses to get them by. Please, if you have a medical condition that requires appropriate and punctual treatment, do not go here.

Went here through drive through to pick up my medications and paid for it with credit card. They usually run the card through and stuff it in the bag with the receipt. Should've predicted it but they gave me the price and the. Quietly rounded it up for me without my permission. Didn't care for that. They didn't ask if I wanted to do that or not. Lesson learned. Will either go in and pay for it or tell them I don't want surprise charges on my card next time.

CVS in the freehold location on 610 main st is overcharging seniors during this CORONA virus time frame. They would not honor the GOODRX coupon which could have saved us money for the migraine headaches. After waiting on line for 1/2 hour they tell us we had to pay the higher price from our insurance provider. We had no choice since the medication was desperately needed at the time. They also would not acknowledge the GOODRX for a triglyceride medication originally quoting us the $9 coupon and when it was time for pickup wanted $500. I'm sorry but no medication today should be that much especially when the manufacturer says it is $9 with their coupon. CVS behaves very unprofessionally and in my opinion very greedy taking advantage of senior citizens at a time when money is very tight. I wish I knew who I could report them to for this poor behavior.

Do not go to CVS, very dismissive, even towards transgender people. I don't understand why they're being so dismissive when they are at the cash register needing to do which is supposed be doing. I went to get a few things. It took all of 30 seconds for a female representative to get dismissive. She has no respect and the place should be closed down because of the fact that I got on my phone to speak with a manager and they are playing on the phone not listening and acting like they can't hear. So at this point I'm going to report Them to Better Business Bureau. How bout that!!
